Description: This ninjutsu does not require any hand seals to be used. By using their wind natured chakra, a shinobi is able to create a wind vortex in a desired direction. However, this technique does not do any actual damage, only serving to blow away enemies and/or attacks.
Moving through the mountains in the lightning country Hecate, or rather Mio just stopped walking, and stood there looking sorrowfully over the mountains. The wind in her hair she looked over at the scene, and with an motion, kicked a rock straight down the cliff. Gah screw this crap, I wish I could use that damn Ark, but if I do then who the hell knows what those damn ninja will think… stupid parents, and making me try to find a village or something. If I hadn’t been ambushed by those supposed Stone ninja I would have gone there, but gah, fate is a bitch…. Well time to take advantage of one thing, heehe don’t know how I knew but. With that she pulled out a few books, and smirked, Library of information huh? Well I am sure prepared now, alright then first off lets see, Wind jutsu cool alright give it a shot. Looking over at the edge, she pulled out a kunai, and with a somewhat awkward start, kicked up a bit of a whirlwind, and sighed, I am going to need some kind of fan aren’t I…..
Name: Fuuton: Hien - Flying Swallow

Requirements: Appropriate weapon
Description: By channeling their wind natured chakra into a weapon that can channel chakra, a shinobi is able to increase the weapon's reach and cutting power. A blade of wind will form around the weapon and have the shape of the weapon if it was longer. The length of the wind blade can be adjusted but cannot increase the reach to over two times as far as the weapon has by itself and the amount of chakra required for this jutsu is directly dependent on the length of the wind blade.
Pulling up from her hunched over stance, and looking down at the somewhat failure of a the whirlwind she had made Mio sighed, Stupid wind techniques, and fans, what do I look like one of those maid girls or something, ah well, guess that there is a time to try everything, just makes me feel a little shameful to notice how freaking pathetic that was. Now then. Picking up one of the books that had WIND typed on it, she looked upon the context, determined to scan for something that would allow her well, pride to be somewhat restored. Now then where si one that doesn’t take a freaking pansy girly…. Aha! Hehehe here is one, now then time to master this little bitch.
Standing up she began to focus some chakra onto the kunai that she withdrew, and poured the chakra over it. Making it harden slightly she unleashed a bit of a gust of it over until it met the tips with the same amount of cutting power as it was manifesting at the beginning of her attempt. Finally extending the chakra to match the blades, and extend over them, she giggled a bit, and looked over at the various scenery around her. Well now, my poor pride was hurt when I failed that other jutsu a bit, even though I could do it, it still bugs me that it wasn’t perfect, but this time I think that I can…. Dashing forward at sprinting speed she sliced down one of the trees, at the trunk causing it to crash on top of a rock, before she sliced it into firewood like parts, and laughed a bit, Oh this jutsu is fun, who knew I could make firewood out of this, and hey if anyone upsets me, and insults me, I can always make human firewood~ smirking, and putting the blade next to her face she looked over her shoulder over towards the other books were.

Description: This ninjutsu follows the basic principles of wind element but is different from most. It is a purely close combat technique as it creates a wind blade the size of a normal katana in the user's hand. This "sword" is very strong and cannot be blocked by a physical weapon. It can be seen by notable distortions in the air.
After admiring her work for a few moments she finally went over to where the books at been laid down, and took a look at the same one that had the oh so lovely log making technique, He that one was fun, I bet I could beat up a emo kid with that, by making him look at the logs, oh well no time to be thinking about Sucal I need to…. Uh what? Her slight thought pattern caused her to stop for a bit before looking down at the book again shaking her head, Ok girl get it together, that was weird but hey weird can happen, or rather has, I mean you have freaking crosses on your forehead! CROSSES, and for some reason you know a bunch of jutsu, and can sense chakra, and control it fairly well, yea no big deal right? sighing at that thinking she is really crazy by this point Mio, looked over the books until she had found a jutsu. Sword of wind or whatever (Can’t really read Kanji well) alright then this should be fun, what is more fun than a sword right?
Smirking at that, she got up, and cracked her knuckles before putting her hands into a chop like form, and closing her eyes, Now then I must focus on the wind, be the wind, be like a breeze that, oh god the hell am I saying just spam freaking chakra until it works! doing just that she began to notice the wind around her hands distort, as breeze blew over them, and with a quick motion she solidified it. Making sure it was correct she took a couple swings with her arms. Taking notice that she was in fact not incorrect in her little guess that the jutsu had worked, Mio stabbed at the ground watching it act as though it was punctured. Well now these little books are quite fun aren’t they? This should be good in a fight when my pride, and such is on the line, either that or I get suckered into helping some poor little noobs on a mission or something like that, and they can’t handle themselves…. I sure do hope that day never comes, because frankly, if it wasn’t for my somewhat inbreed sense of helping others due this crosses, I wouldn’t even give a rats ass…..

Description: One of the most basic moves of fire element school of ninjutsu, it expels a stream of fire from the user's mouth. While not very fast, strong or versatile, it wins against other fire techniques of this rank in lower chakra cost and the ability to keep a constant stream of fire as long as you have chakra to fuel it.
Deciding to just take a breather for a bit Mio, moved over towards the books, and gathered them up again, before sighing, and looking over at the tree she had chopped up earlier. Great I don’t feel like moving from here yet due it being impossible to freaking find unless you were a freaking mountain man or pissed off shinobi, but gah.. feeling the wind slightly graze over her skin she shivered, and after putting the books down in a safe place, moved over to the tree, Alright tree I am going to need a fire, now be a good dead little uh… plant? Trees are plants right or are they… aw who cares, here is a something I cooked up just for you! picking a couple of the logs she threw them into the air slightly, and using the wind made them land fairly clumped together before forming a hand sign, and letting forth a stream of fire from her mouth, and watching the burn she smirked, Ninja Art I want a fire so I won’t freeze my ass off no jutsu!
