Personality: The High Seraph, the goddess of all right and wrong, Ultima passes judgment on all who defy her word. She is known to be just and cruel when it comes to passing out her final word. When her anger peaks she is known to wipe out the existences of entire countries in seconds.

Description: Upon summoning, Ultima appears from the sky and he floating device spins, generating chakra and Hikari element and shoots it down as a beam. The beam is powerful enough to punch through the ground and destroy the immediate area of the 10 foot radius. The jutsu ends when she is 40 feet off ground from her 60 foot descent.

Description: Ultima uses her Light Element to summon several Samurai Clones. She can summon up to five. These clones are unlike other clones, as every attakc they land or receive drains chakra from the opponent. They dispel upon being attacked. Once all 5 five clones are killed, she can no longer summon them.

Name: Hikari: Seal Of The Damned

Description: A special ninjutsu that causes a seal to appear beneath everyone in the battle. The seal moves if the person moves after 3 posts the seal saps energy from all sealed persons for preparation of another attack. Ultima remains stationary for this, meaning she can be attacked to break the seal.

Description: Ultima releases the energy from the Seal of The Damned as a huge beam shot from her hands. The beam is 20 feet wide and will most likely destroy a lesser ninja in it's path. The beam is straight forward and can be dodged if fast enough.

Name: Hikari: Jester's Orbs

Requirements: Ultima Only
Description: Ultima summons several small balls of lightwhich home in on the opponent. Each ball packs a punch with the added effect that if it does make contact, it drains a bit of chakra from the opponent. The orbs can combined into one massive ball for bigger effect but is much slower.

Background: The legendary queen of the gods and the only Light Elemental summon of the world. Ultima is considered to be the Judge of all the world. when the gods conspired against the creator, Ultima tried to judge the creator. When she failed, her powers were locked away in the Master Summon Scroll. It is said that when all of the other Gods are summoned Ultima herself will appear to the scroll holder.
