Yasuo chortled as he looked about himself, he wondered what someone might say if they chanced upon the scene now. The kage then dispelled both the clones and Utsusemi with a smile still on his face though it was not long till this smile, too, was dispelled. A cry of pain escaped Yasuo's mouth and he collapsed to the floor with both hands clutching at his skull, there was a flash of memory.
The sage was stood atop a huge horse amid a powerful lightning storm. The youth looked up into the black sky, split by flashes of yellow, his eyes held a ferocity most unlike his normal self, suddenly the horse reared and Yasuo steadied himself, an arc of lightning snaked its way down from the heavens and struck Sagitarius' great horn, absorbing the strike and keeping the sage from danger. However it was a split-second later that the horn splintered and a cry of pain could be heard from the beast "Sagitarius!" Came a cry from the young kage, but a second later and the lightning held within the horn escaped, it arced to the nearest conductor; Yasuo.
The Tsuchikage was now crumpled on the dirty floor groaning in pain as the sky above his location began to turn black as if night had come early. Yasuo hands began to shake and electricity could be seen sparking between his fingers, the kage's eyes opened wide as he witnessed the spectacle "What's...happening?" He breathed and the sky above him began to flash and spark with lightning as another wave of pain hit the man who now cried out with the pain "Tamotsu!" He roared as several bolts of lightning crashed down around him, splitting trees and scorching the earth.
Minutes later Yasuo was breathing heavily on all fours, exhausted but unharmed "What did...You...Do to me?" He asked a man who was not currently present.

Yasuo remained on his knees while the sky began to clear and the sun once again shone through the darkness. Electricity now sparked up and down Yasuo's entire body though it no longer pained him as it did so and slowly, slowly the charge disappeared eventually leaving the kage as he was before. Yasuo slowly got to his feet and looked down at his hands, he clenched them to fists and opened them again. Observing the surrounding area the sage was surprised to find the amount of destruction he had caused, he did not know how it had happened, it seemed that he had used a lightning jutsu, but that was impossible, he didn't have the lightning element.
Then Yasuo once again flashed back to his fight with Tamotsu, when he had been struck by that lightning...He had been in the middle of gathering sage chakra, maybe it had some strange effect on his body, or perhaps it awakened an element he never knew he had. The kage smiled, there was only one way to find out, he reached out both his hands to a tree which was still intact and channeled his chakra, before he knew a bolt of lightning struck from the sky and split the trunk clean down the middle. The tsuchikage was amazed and stood frozen for a few seconds, it appeared he really had unlocked the lightning element. Yasuo grinned and turned back to his village, he needed to find out more about the raiton element and where better than the Iwagakure library, it had never failed him before.
