A salty tear made its way from the Tsuchikage's eye to Seiko's back as the jounin spoke, it seemed like Seiko had lost faith in him and indeed those he loved. "I swear..." Yasuo said with certainty, he knew he would keep this promise, he knew he would never let himself fall into darkness as to do so was to throw away everything he had worked so hard for. The sage clasped both Seiko's hands now and carressed them with his thumbs "I will not fail you my love" He said quietly and kissed the blond's neck softly "Believe in me Seiko..." He continued, the embrace seemed to last an age, and Yasuo was only too happy for it to continue.

Seiko smiled as his lover gave his all into his confession and then embraced him. The older ninja kissed his lover passionately on the lips before looking into his eyes and smiling. "I believe you then." He said as he played with Yasuo's hair before kissing him once more. He broke the embrace and put on his ANBU mask. "However, there are things I need to do before I can stay here. Forgive me." He said as he disappeared in a fog of mist. It was clear he went out to seek answers as well and not letting Tamotsu take all the glory.

The kage sighed contentedly as Seiko spoke "I'm glad" He whispered as the blond accepted his promise and turned to kiss his lover. Yasuo had missed times like these with Seiko, he had been gone from the world for a long time and no sooner had he returned that it seemed Seiko would leave his side, now here they both were and everything was perfect. However it was not long before Seiko had donned his ANBU mask and left with little explanation, the sage assumed he had left to speak with Tamotsu though he knew nothing for sure. "I hope you'll be back soon..." He said quietly as the mist faded. Yasuo then readjusted the hood of his cloak to disguise himself and slowly moved out of the station, back to the village.
