The Tsuchikage now stood overlooking a large mass of injured and scared looking people from a slightly raised platform of earth, only minutes before he had been informed that the captain of the ANBU guard, Seiko Mitsuki had gone rogue. It hurt Yasuo deeply to hear it but there was little he could do, his primary concern was and must always be the safety and security of the village he had grown up in. The young man sighed and composed himself as the crowd seemed to quiet down, many whispering of the rumours surrounding the man stood before them now and his disappearance, he knew that he could not talk about why he had been gone, the people would not understand but he could reassure them that he was there to stay now, which he of course was.
The Kage raised his hands and whoever was not already quiet soon silenced themselves "Villagers of Iwagakure" He began, making sure he was loud enough for everyone to hear "Today has seen the loss of many great men and women" A few whimpers and sobs went through the crowd "We have a lead on who may be behind this and I assure you that we will be doing everything we can to make sure justice is served but for now...For now we have to concentrate on rebuilding our power." A few quiet protests could be heard rippling throughout the mass and some outright scoffed at the Tsuchikages words. Yasuo raised an eyebrow to this "Let me tell you my people that there is no way we can retaliate right now, we may not even be able to defend ourselves completely against an outright attack, we must rebuild." There were a few murmurs but none seemed to completely refute what he was saying, this pleased the kage and he allowed a small twitch of a smile to cross his lips.
"There are still villagers unaccounted for, you have my word that they will all be found, even as we speak there are several teams working on finding these missing individuals, I would ask that none of you attempt a search and rescue mission" At this there were many audible arguments, Yasuo had expected as much but it did not quell his anger "I will not allow any more of you to die" He shouted above all the other protestors who immediately quieted "Please, leave it to the shinobi, if you must help then assist those who are injured" The kage then removed the large brown cloak which he had enshrouded himself with and revealed the Tsuchikage robes beneath it "I will be leading the rescue effort, believe me when I say that I will pour every ounce of my being into finding those still missing. I am dedicated to you and this village." At this the kage felt a certain amount of acceptance from the crowd, someting he was not expecting so soon, he knew they would still be questioning his disappearance and he would address it soon enough, but not now, now he had work to do. _________________
Gabri was relaxing over Ezekial's shoulder as he walked through the mass of people. Both there hearts cringed at the sight of such helpless looking people. Zeek wished he could help them, but he was only a tool of destruction. Not only because of him being a shinobi, but also because of his Noble form. He understands the words of the Tsuchikage, but also understands that he may be of more use in other situations. As he went to the back of the stage, Zeek follows him. In another situation he would just teleport so he wouldn't have to wade through people, but he didn't want to look like he was trying to attack or something. He gets to the stage in an amazing long 15 minutes, and if anyone stops him he simply tells them "I request to speak with the Tsuchikage about the current situation. I believe my strength my be useful for things other than just search and rescue." If he wasn't stopped he would say the same thing to the Kage, but more directly addressing him of course. _________________ Bethany (Team Silver Unique NPC)

The young kage turned to see one of the jounin of his own village making his way through the crowds towards him, the villagers moved out of his way in respect and let him continue on his chosen path towards Yasuo. The sage began to think, he remembered pulling the jounin's file before he left and could easily now remember it word for word. Ezekial Yuwea, a man of no small strength, of course this was reflected in the position he held at such a young age.
Yasuo smiled as the jounin approached and tipped his hat before he began to speak, the sage listened intently to what he had to say and didn't reply for a few seconds afterwards. "I see, what did you have in mind then Ezekial?" He asked, smiling. _________________
The young Kage was straight forward, but perhaps that wasn't so suprising. "Well, because the attack you may choose to take some offensive action. I'm your man for this." Zeek says, taking a bow before continuing. "Also, I've heard that you've learned the mysterious Limit Break fighting style. This may be a bad time to ask, but I would like to learn how to do it. My father knows it, or some alteration, but he's a busy man and I'd like to make him proud by finding another way to learn it." "Straightforward aren't we, Gabri, the strange rabbit like animal on his shoulder, says. Zeek shrugs, "Excuse me if I'm rude, but this seems to be the best time to learn it for some reason. If you don't want to teach me I can understand, but please put me on one of the more dangerous missions if there is one." _________________ Bethany (Team Silver Unique NPC)

A smile flitted accross Yasuo's face as he spoke with Ezekial who believed that Iwa should take offensive action to battle those whom may have caused the attack. Yasuo may have agreed, if he had any idea who had attacked them, the only clue that had been left was a Konoha headband and that was hardly proof of anything, there's no way Tamotsu would have destroyed what he risked his life to save, then again, he had always been unpredictable.
But what the ninja came out with next was quite surprising, apparantly at least some of his fighting techniques had become public knowledge, Yasuo was not expecting this and was slightly taken aback. Though perhaps he shouldn't be so surprised, any ninja who had been around him during the invasion probably would have seen him using the technique.
"So you're seeking a bit of training?" Yasuo said almost to himself, he could understand the reasoning, he remembered the way he had tried to impress his father while he was still alive. The young kage smiled warmly "Of course I'll teach you, we all need to get stronger for the sake of Iwagakure, she is weak and so we must be able to hold her on our shoulders till she can manage herself" Yasuo turned and stroked his chin as a blade slowly grew out from the sleeve of his other hand. "You obviously have some knowledge of Limit so I'll skip the basics..." The blade which had grown from Yasuo's sleeve now began to radiate with a brown chakra "Something you may not know however is that Limit does not require a weapon to use, it can be performed with one's bare hands, however this will slightly weaken the technique..." As he said this his hand began to glow with the same chakra as the blade. Then, suddenly both the chakra and the blade disappeared and the kage turned to face Ezekial. "You must concentrate your chakra into your weapon, it may take a few tries but I'm sure you'll have it before long. When you achieve Limit you will know it, you'll feel like you can cut the whole world in half."
The kage now watched eagerly.

Description: A special technique in which the user focuses chakra into the weapon. When activated, chakra will surge through the weapon and make it harder and more weighted. It will allow the user to use the chakra in the wepon in new ways.Limit break is not the same for everyone. Although it uses the same release function, a person can manipulate the chakra in different ways and form their own extensions of the Limit. An alternate version can be applied to the hands and feet but it is slightly weaker and it's applications can only come in Hand-to-Hand combat.
"Charka concentraction eh? Gabri, get off just in case my chakra goes crazy." the seemingly rabbit creature nods and flys near the Tsuchikage "Hello, I'm Gabri." he says, trying to make somewhat small talk. Zeek carefully removes his blade from the sheath on his back. It was pretty clean, but only because it was new and hadn't shed blood yet. It has a signature ability that would help with Limit Break, chakra storage. As he brings his chakra up into his body, he realizes his father has once again predicted what he was going to do, as if he was fate itself. A slight wind kicks up as yellow chakra surrounds his body, his eyes briefly flashing before he focuses all that energy into his weapon. Had it been a normal weapon, he would have shatter it and he knew this. I'll have to less the amount of energy I bring into the weapon, he thinks, making a brief mental note to himself. The wind dies down, and his weapon starts pulsating the yellow color of his light energy chakra. "How's this?"

Yasuo smiled to the strange creature which was now floating near him "Nice to meet you" He says quietly as Zeek prepares himself. The jounin possessed an interesting blade, Yasuo could instantly tell a well crafted weapon when he saw one, being that he himself was a talented smithy. The youth's hair fluttered about underneath his hat as a slight wind kicked up around the two, Yasuo could feel the chakra in the air and he knew straight away it was too much, but he guessed the sword could take it as Ezekial seemed happy to continue gathering it into the weapon.
The kage smiled again as the sword began to glow yellow and he applauded the jounin "Impressive, on the first try no less! A very interesting colour too, I have never heard of a yellow Limit, I may have to look into this." The kage laughed quietly and lowered his hands back to his side "And now for your assignment, I think I know just what to-" But Yasuo's face darkened and he froze as a chill crept down his spine, he could feel something he had not expected to feel "-I'm sorry Ezekial but your assignment will have to wait...I have business to attend to, please for the time being do what you can to help out here." And with that the kage left with a look of seriousness on his face.
Zeek nods and sheaths his weapon, chuckling along with the kage. Because no other ninja has the light release, he thinks. He kept it to himself because saying it would betray his Noble Blood nature and he was told to keep it a secret for the time being. Seeing Yasuo having to leave so suddenly he only nods. He walks him leave then looks towards the crowd. "Ho boy," He couldn't heal that well, so his best bet was looking for survivors or moving rubble. "Come on, let's help a bit then head to D.A.T.S." "Alright" Zeek and Gabri spend much of the evening helping out where they can. Even his family shows up to help, his dad passing out free food and blankets.
