Amegaki and Kuromaru had grown tired of running miles back and were now walking at a steady pace. He noticed lightning in the distance and smiled to himself a bit, he had finally reached his destination. He and Kuromaru both jumped to a tree and Amegaki pulled out binoculars, looking over the country, he saw a young ninja and looked at his clothing. He did a few hand seals and then used a jutsu to transform, while saying quietly, Henge... He looked at himself after transforming, seeing his leaf headband was now a lightning headband and his clotehs matched the boys exactly. He looked in the binoculars once more, then jumped down beside the young ninja, making nearly no noise. He sent his hand to the boys pressure points before he could turn around, knocking him unconcious. Amegaki let the boy lay in the tall grass where he would be unseen.

Amegaki then looked at Kuromaru, saying, Stay there buddy, you can come no farther, but watch the child, make sure he does not see you and keep him away from my trail. Amegaki then looked around for any on-looking passers-by, then walked casually deeper into the Lightning Country forestry. He pulled his map out, looking around for where the area might be. He knew this was also a scounting mission, which meant Konoha didn't know much about Kumo, he would need to document the things he encountered, down to the ninja he would fight. He pulled out a scroll and began writing his findings up until this point, then put the scroll in his pouch for later use. He looked at his map, then jumped to a tree in silence.

He looked on the map, then found his own coordinates. He looked around the map a bit more, then saw a faint 'x' on the map, maybe where the scroll could possibly be. Amegaki bit his thumb a little in contemplation. He then sighed and ran up the tree using Kinobori, he saw a smoke stack far off in the distance, no more than 2 or 3 clicks away, however, nobody would just live in the middle of a forest with no protection, or atleast, no skill. Amegaki made the 'x' bigger on the map, then folded it up, putting it into his pouch. He looked in the direction and saw where he would need to go, then started jumping from branch to branch towards the smoke stack.

He could now smell the smell of burning logs, or something of similar composition. He stopped, making no sound, then took out his binoculars, he put them to his eyes, looking down to see a large house, guarded by medium sized ninja, Amegaki guessed they were about C-Ranked ninja, not too hard, but not too easy either. He'd probably be able to sneak by them with no issues if he used the right tactics. He didn't want to harm them and risk a war, so he hand sealed, making a shadow clone. The clone picked up a few rocks then threw it at the men who were standing by. As the men noticed him, they ran off chasing after the shadow clone. Amegaki swung himself to the roof of the house, making nearly no sound, then he pushed himself off, swinging himself into a room through an open window.

As he landed, he rolled, standing crouched on his feet, he looked around, seeing nothing in the room but a bed and a small brown case. Amegaki crept to the case and opened it, seeing a medium sized scroll inside. Amegaki picked it up, then slid it into the pouch. He closed it back, then looked out the window, to see that the two ninja had returned to their post, making his plan for exit become a failure. He crept to the door, then cracked it open, looking out seeing many men walking around or simply lounging, he could easily hear their conversations.

Hey boss, so what's that scroll for anyway? An older brutish man said. Then a younger one replied, I stole it off some guy in Konoha while I was there. It might hold some secrets, but I'm not sure yet. I might just sell it off. Amegaki walked through the door, staying low and in the shadows, to keep from being seen.

Amegaki was unsure how he would get out, but atleast he was sure that this was the scroll he had been required to take. He had an idea, but it would be a very stupid one, it involved him walking directly out the front door. He cringed at the thought of 10 or 20 men chasing after him through the lightning country. He might just be able to knock out the area with poison gas, he knew a jutsu for it, but he was unsure whether or not it would harm them. He decided he would take his chances and put his hand to his mouth, taking a deep breath, then pushing out a poison mist, blocking the area with a purple gas, making the men cough and hack.

The men fell to the ground, knocked out, but not dead. Amegaki put his hand over his face, covering his mouth and nose, then made a sprint for the door, ramming it open. The door splintered as he pushed through it. He hit the ground and tumbled to keep his momentum. He then began sprinting and jumped to a tree, jumping from branch to branch. He whistled very loudly, hoping Kuromaru would hear his whistle. He continued to whistle at a good tone but not often enough to be heard by anyone who might be suspicious. He passed the field in which the boy was, and saw Kuromaru sitting in the tree. He landed next to him and said, C'mon we gotta move before we get caught. The dog yipped and they both started jumping.

They jumped from tree to tree together, outrunning the enemies that chased close behind. As Amegaki came to the border between the Lightning country and the Fire country, he untransformed himself, turning back into his own normal clothes. He continued jumping from tree to tree though, making sure Kuromaru was behind him the whole way. He reached a safe spot and jumped to the ground, panting. He grabbed the scroll out of his pouch and rubbed his finger along it, smiling, he was almost done with this mission, he would just need to return it. He pulled out the other scroll and once again recorded everything that happened up until then.
