Personality:

Chef is very artistic and loves trying new things. He a true cook at heart and always enjoys making food. He likes random people and hates few. As long as he's cooking, he's usually happy. He not only loves eating the food he made himself, but also loves giving it to others. When fighting, he will sometimes consider it just a food fight, considering he is usually using food in his battles it isn't all that wrong. He's a curious fellow and a playful one at that. Though he can be serious if needed.

Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]

Description: This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the shinobi academy. It's the most basic technique a Gennin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a simple illusion clone identical to the caster. The clone however has no physical properties and will disperse the moment it is touched.

Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]

Requirements: None
Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Gennin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].

Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]

Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Background:

Kiyoshi was born in who knows where? He can't remember anything about his original parents. Instead he was raised by rats. Yes rats, as weird as it sounds, it actually fit him. He loved company and cooking, and rats were able to fulfill both needs. They were always around when needed, and they would bring thrown out food for him to fix up. That and they never complained about the food, no mater how bad it was. They took him in kindly and had grown to not fear the boy, even if he was many times their size.

As time went on, the rat began dieing of disease, and their offspring had began to start fearing Kiyoshi. The other humans were always set to exterminate them, and even though Kiyoshi tried to help defend the rats, they still feared he would end up changing and being like them. He was alone once more. Luckily one day a flier for the ninja academy of Kumogakure was blowing in the wind and ended up blown onto his chest. He read it over and over until he was sure he'd be able to find it and set off.

As he soon found out, the academy was a ninja academy and took in students for free. Whether or not they did that for every student, Kiyoshi didn't know, he was just glad to be somewhere he could call home once more. He passed with flying colors, though no one seemed to believe his stories about the rats. He would always help the chefs in the school or in the restaurants. For free if no one would pay, though generally he was able to rent a small apartment with the money he made.

Now he is hanging around and cooking for fun and pleasure as he continues training to become a successful ninja.
