Personality:

Can have a kind side, though rarely shows it, but acts more cold towards everyone. If she meets someone for the first time, she'll act cold towards them, but, once she really gets to know someone, she'll start acting more kinder towards them. While in battle, however, no matter who it is, she'll fight to her heart's content, even to the point that she'll want to try and kill the opponent. If she feels that she'll never get along with ther person, though, she'll completely ignore them, and try to get away from them.

(Basic) Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Technique) [Rank: E; Type: Ninjutsu; up to five clones] - The Bunshin technique creates a substanceless copy of the ninja. The copy serves can serve as a distraction or as means to confuse their opponent. As soon the the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with the opponent, they will disappear in a puff of smoke.

(Basic) Kawarimi No Jutsu (Change of the Body Stance Technique) [Rank: E; Type: Ninjutsu] - When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

D-Rank:

(Basic) Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjusu] - The basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It is a very useful and widely used skill, as it has many uses. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it.

C-Rank:

Housenka no Jutsu (Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu] - Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu techinque utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Background:

Born and raised in Otogakure no Sato, within Ta no Kuni, Melfina lived a decent childhood. However, it soon started going downhill when she first entered into the Shinobi Academy, and that soon changed... When people found out that she was from the Itichi Clan, things changed immediately, from just small-scaled bullying to physically getting hurt pretty bad. So, from then on, she didn't trust a lot of people, and preferred to stay alone most of the time, except when it came to coming to class, which she had no choice but to sit next to someone. During breaktimes, people usually come up to her, mostly men, and try to hit on her, though she knows that they're just picking on her, and want to use her, so she beats them up instead, even if it meant her getting in trouble by the teachers; she didn't care.

After graduating from the Academy, she came home to see that her parents weren't there anymore, but they did leave a note saying that they were going on a Mission that was going to take some time to complete, so she just waits for them. When she received orders from the Otokage to do something for one of the Villagers, she accepted, even though she'd rather wait for her parents, but she knew she couldn't disobey orders from the Otokage, so she leaves with two other Genin and a Chuunin Sensei to do what they need to do, which takes a while to do. When they finally return, they find their Village completely destroyed, not a single trace of almost anything is left...

Not knowing what had happened, nor if anyone was even alive, though judging from that it was highly doubtful, unless they were outside of the Village already like they were, they all decided to just leave the area, never to return again, unless it absolutely called for it, and to never see each other again, unless, again, it absolutely called for it, but still kept their names. Melfina decided to just wander around, hoping that she'll be accepted into a Village, and learn new things, as she doesn't know too much about her Clan, and hopes to find someone who does, but knows that it'll most likely never happend, but one can hope, no?
