Personality: Much like his family in Konoha, Reiko was born rather intelligently. However, he uses his intelligence for petty untraceable crimes. He seems to have a conscious about killing, as he will hesitate to kill those who should not be killed. In battle, he's a hothead, preferring to go head on with an opponent. Despite that, he's quite resourceful, using underground connections to get what he needs. He's not conceited and hates those who are adamantly.

Background: Before the days of Gozu's Death, Gozu's wife produced another child while on a mission. However, before she could tell Gozu the news of their child, he was kidnapped and held for Ransom. Having no money to resolve the dispute,she decided against her better judgment and abandoned the child. The Kidnappers, refusing to kill a child, raised him to be a petty criminal. However, the boy was more then just trash as his intelligence began to shine through. His faux parents decided he would be better suited to serve the Kage as a ninja. However, he failed the genin acceptance test repeatedly and then finally when he passed it, it was the time Tamotsu had just vacated the spot. He has now begun to go around robbing to support the lesser fortunate till he finds his place in the vast ninja world.

He knows that he has a family in Konoha but refuses to contact them.
