He wears the typical shinobi pants with the matching sandals. But seems to wear white leg warmers that go over the pants and under the sandal. He also wears a Kumogakure headband.

Personality: Tamekaze is the serious type. He speaks when it is needed. And though he has his light moments he generally is serious. He has a calm and cool demeanor. This is complimented with his intelligence. And his brisk ability to keep a straight face. And though he is generally honest he could lie without flinching. This is perfect for his fighting style. He would just stand in place with his arms crossed in a unique manner not giving away a single thing. And while his arms are crossed he manipulates the target as he pleases with cool mind games.

Background:Tamekaze is probably the hopeful of the clan. His name is amongst names to be greats. He is studious and a good learner. And as such he was sheltered. The basics were drilled into his over and over again. He was taught everything needed to start his journey as a shinobi and more. But one day when out for a walk he came across a sickly man, The next day he came upon a poor man and finally he came upon a dead man. Upon seeing these outrageous things He set aside his sheltered life and started his shinobi life earlier than others had planned for him to do so.

Sorry, but any puppet must be created as a custom weapon (Which requires that you have atleast 100 posts).
So, my advice would be to either;
A) Simply make the character without the puppet for now, and make the puppet when you are able.
B) Hold off on making this character until you can make the puppet.
C) Make the puppet according to the template, but have someone else put it up in the applications section for you. Ok, one thing, your only style is Kugutsu, as in Puppet style, but it doesn't state the mastery, is it Specialist(I'm guessing it is) Or is it Major? Either way, you have no bloodline so you are allowed either one minor, or two minors, dependent
Specialist allows for one to have one Minor, if they have no bloodline
