Appearance: Suijin’s body is something he cares a lot for, and as such is always seen working out. His muscles are fairly large for sixteen. He isn’t small in stature but neither is he tall. His skin is lightly tanned any is mostly devoid of scars. Suijin’s hair is a blue hue, of medium length and slightly spiked. This blue hair is a trait of his bloodline, and he wears it proudly. His eyes are a turquoise color and very sharp, giving them an unnatural look to them. His clothing is as follows: A jacket that has no zipper or buttons that has no sleeves, it flows into a cape like bottom that splits in two and also has a hood; its color is a blue and white mixture. He wears black light pants with blue monk slippers. He wears blue and white gloves with metal knuckles. These cloths are what he wears in and out of missions. His forehead proctor is rapped around his forehead, it does however have a slash through it, as he no longer cares for the village he left.

Personality: Suijin is the kind of person who won’t look at a chance to have fun twice. He is outgoing and this is his down fall. He is usually has a more cheerful disposition but underneath this smile lays an anger, a hate, that is always trying to break free. As for this he is prone to having outbursts even when he seems happy, suddenly becoming the complete opposite of his normal routine. He has developed a problem with authority of any kind, and because of this isn’t happy to hear people yelling at him or telling him what to do, the only way he can be made to listen is forcefully and even then its up in the air as to if he will comply. The young ninja also has a sweet tooth for power, thinking of it as the only way the world will comply to his rule, knowing all to well the restrictions the mortal reality puts on even himself, and wanting nothing more to become as powerful as a “God”. So from this he has taken a liking to combat, and doesn’t think twice about striking. Suijin personality is that of a perceptively calm ocean, with its waves no bigger than ripples and almost seeming inviting, but upon the event of a boat sailing away from its shores, it releases a storm without equal, swallowing the boat along with anything else in its path.

Background:
Suijin was born into Takigakure, a small shinobi village that’s existence isn’t even known to most. But more importantly he was born into the village’s Otaki clan. This bloodline is particularly limited and in most cases only passes its limit onto some males. This was a blessing Suijin was given, he soon however discovered his good luck to be a curse. His clan didn’t really take to well to more outgoing people, as most of the clan is calm, calculating and cold. Suijin was different though. He was a bundle of energy and from this he was treated differently from the rest of his family. The young Otaki was regarded to as dirt and the other clansmen were patiently obvious about this. Speaking of him like he wasn’t there, his cousins ridiculing him at every turn and most of all the way his parents treated him. They acted as if he was a freak, and an embarrassment to the family.

For this reason Suijin developed his hatred of the village that birthed him and on top of that the family he belonged to. Slowly thoughts entered his mind of power and what it could do for him, it would allow him to prove his clan and his village what the “embarrassment” could do. This led him to wonder about leaving the village and gaining strengths that he could use against them later. These infrequent aspirations were quickly shot down however, as the clan would never allow him to leave. This would be a chance for the world to discover them and the village, and that was something that couldn’t be permitted. So life went on, just as it always had, until his 16th birthday, when not only didn’t his parents even acknowledge him, but his cousins pulled out no stops in showing there hatred of him. His own blood beat him down, and then continued afterwards to express there hatred, and that was when he snapped. Wile four kids his age pounds down at him Suijin pulled a kunai from his pack and let it loose, the mettle setting home into the throat of one boy.

The boy died from this eventually, leading Suijin to make up his mind, he left the village during the hectic chaos of the family’s grief and escaped the village. He wandered aimlessly for days before coming to a conclusion, he would gain the limit of his bloodline, and use it against the village that drove him out, and strike back with a vengeance.
