Name: Hime Mitsuhaki

Weight: 88 lbs
Appearence: She is slim and short of five feet and eighty-eight pounds, making for a less then intimidating appearance. Her face is very distinct, with a large sharp nose, blushed skin tone,full lips, and small, pearly white teeth.
Attire: Hime dresses very simply. She has a sleeveless white shirt, loose but not in in a way to disturb her. Her light, brown leather jacket is tightly fitted, only loose at her cuffs. She wears black leather gloves, meant to protect her hands from burn. She wears a black skirt that comes short of the knees. dark brown boots add to this horrible ensemble. Around her neck she wears a indigo scarf. Over her eyes she usually wears black, round sunglasses, mostly to signify she's blind.
She has a two straight scars along both of her eyes, which signify her bloodline.
Race: Cacausion
Hair: Her hair is short and straight, cascading in a waving fashion to her lower neck. It curves at the tips and boasts a pale blonde hue with a golden tint.
Eyes: Her eyes are large, with her left being hazel (agate and jade) with white undertones, and her right white with a dark tone.

Fighting Type/Style: Genjutsu, Taijutsu
Strengths: Her genjutsu is excellent. It is very powerful, and controlling. Her defence against genjustsu is simply amazing. She is able to avoid almost all genjutsu, even higher ranked ones. Her bow skills are great; she is able to speed shoot with incredible accuracy. Her unarmed taijutsu is good, better than most expect from a blind person. Her bloodline is strong in her, and she can see sharper than most clan members.
She is very intelligent, and has orographic memory (the ability to memorize phrases, sounds, and music). She is very kind and easy to get along with. She works well in a team.
Weaknesses: Her ninjutsu skill is essentiallly non-existant. She has little skill, chakra control, or anything of the sort. She barely has mastered henge no jutsu. Since she is blind, she is unable to see weapons, trees, fireballs, and other such things that would be wonderful if visible. Hime is weak, her stamina limit is very short. Continuous battle will not work for her. Stealth skills are also weak. Her deceit, lying, hiding, sneaking, and other such things are very obvious. Her thrown weapon and hand to hand weapon skills are atrocious. Kunai and shuriken usually miss more than three feet in her hands. Essentially, she is a terrible ninja.
She's very odd, and often scares off people. She's quite stupid as well. She never sees the bigger picture. Hime is also generallly dissinterested in anything to do with ninjas. She is very prejudiced to clan leaders, as hers forced her to be a ninja. Her hate for the rain is also quite passionate, and she will not be in the rain, even with a parasol or something to protect her.

Genjutsu Kai [Genjutsu Release]

Requirements: Learned From A Gennin Sensei
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses their chakra and screams "kai" or "release." They can perform it on themselves or on others. It will effectively ward off most Genjutsu, unless extremely powerful or when used in conjunction with an advanced bloodline.
Kasumi Jusha no Jutsu [Mist Servant Technique]

Description: The user creates hundreds of clones that phase in and out of the ground as if they were made of blackish oil-like liquid. The user can then hide the projectiles they throw within the illusory ones that the clones throw at their opponents.
Magen: Kokuni Arazu no Jutsu [Demonic Illusion: False Surrounding Skill]

Description: A genjutsu technique that makes the victim believe that he/she is in a totally different surrounding than they really are. This can create an advantage for the user because only the user would have the true idea of the layout of the battlefield, while their opponent does not.
Nemuri [Sleep]

Requirements: None
Description: A Genjutsu technique where the ninja places their hand on their target's shoulder and forces them into a deep slumber. A useful technique when subterfuge is involved with a mission, but utterly useless in combat.
Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]
Rank: E (Basic)
Requirements: None
Description: This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the shinobi academy. It's the most basic technique a Gennin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a simple illusion clone identical to the caster. The clone however has no physical properties and will disperse the moment it is touched.
Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]
Rank: E (Basic)
Requirements: None
Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Gennin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].
Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]

Requirements: None
Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.
Utsusemi no Jutsu [Projection Technique]

Description: In order to hide their location and not disclose their posture, the user projects their voice by resonating everything they say from all possible directions with this jutsu.

Description: This jutsu makes the target feel as if they have been submerged in water and cannot swim to the surface. It creates a horrified fear of drowning in the target, and they will struggle to try and hold their breath. The target can still breathe while under the effects of this jutsu, but will feel like they can't. As soon as they figure out that they can still breathe, the jutsu is dispelled. It is used to open the target's defenses temporarily, until they figure out that they are not actually drowning.

Suimen Hokou no Gyou [Art of Water Walking]

Description: The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Once this is mastered, the user would be able to easily walk on water.
Nawanuke no Jutsu [Rope Untying Skill]

Description: This jutsu gives you the ability to easily free yourself from a rope or any other object made from something similar to a rope.
Background:
Hime was born in Amegakure, in a hospital near her home. Born into the unimportant Mitsuhaki Clan, her branch especially was obscure.
For the first two years of her ife, Hime was nurtured and cared for by the household maid, Tonomi. Both the clan and her parents deemed her igsinificant, due to her not having the clan bloodline. They decided she would not become a shinobi, as it was common knowledge her parents were terrible ninjas, making better receptionists and accountants.
By the age of four, Hime was able to read, write, and speak fluently. As time passed on, her intelligence revealed itself. Her social skills, however, suffered greatly.
Hime was a child who didn't run and play, like most children. Her life mostly consisted of siting underneath an oak, reading a wonderful novel or writing a small piece of her own.
A year later, Hime's schooling began. She loved learning and excelled in physical geography, psychology, socialogy, and mathematics. Her mind developed an amazing memory, and she learned to use orographic memory (able to memorize sounds and phrases).
However, as her mind grew stronger, her eyes grew weaker. Her eyes became dull, and she retained only 20% vision in her left. She was only able to see shadows, blurry figures that were once people. She became a part of a minority, the blind people.
Unable to read books and with all the world around her gone beyond recognition, Hime despaired. She stumbled all around, walking into rocks and trees all the time. She used to love looking at the stars, but now they were too far off to be seen. Her despair was mostly over her inability to do anything, reading and writing more difficult then ever.
She needed a hobby to fill the void, one where vision was not needed. What she found was music. Her intelligence and orographic memory helped her to learn and memorize all types of music. In one year, she learned to play the flute, piano, saxophone, trumpet, violin and guitar. Her favourite was a piano, but being unable to carry one, she settled for saxophone.
After the void was filled, she returned to school and devoted her time to studies, composing and memorizing new songs, and learning to cope with blindess. She learned braille and the way certain words feel.
Life continued normally until two years later when everything changed for Hime. Her vision was slowly returning. She began to see coloured blurs. It eventually developed into the full Hirokimi Bloodline. Full aurical vision occured in her right eye, but in her left it combined with her visible light vision.
As her bloodline activated, the clan leaders councilled about her fate. The verdict was sentenced, and Hime was destined to be a shinobi now. Hime's take on the situation was one void of joy. She did not want to be a shinobi, she was content in becoming a teacher, or possibly demographics instructor.
The leaders would not allow any leniency in the case; they needed all the capable shinobi if the clan was to survive in the world any longer.
Frustration and anger welled up in Hime, but as time passed she larned a valuable life lesson: She can conrol only herself and her own descisions, forcing others to do or think the same way will not work. After accepting her fate, she was registered to join the Amegakure Shinobi Academy.
Two years thereafter, in the fall, Hime's ninjutsu training began. Her training started off rocky, and did not improve. Basic skills simply passed over her head. She was terrible with all basic weaponry, including kunai and swords, and she was unable to grasp the means to complete ninjutsu training. Her failed attempts seemed like mockeries to the sensei, and she she was soon, unintentially, considered the class clown.
Finally, Hime was able to complete the class. She became a full ninja, but without honours. She managed to convince her family to branch out to Sunagakure, and they moved there recently.

Click, click. Click, click. A tapping noise on the floor was long heard before the young girl came up into the room. " Hello, Miss," She said pleasantly. " I'm assuming you're the sensei?"
She walked over to the chairs, bouncing on her heels. Her staff continued it's rapping against the ground. A loud bang echoed as she bumped into a desk. She flushed slightly, running her hands over the the chair until she could tell where exactly it was. She sat down, and took of her sunglasses. Her eyes held an unmistakable tinge of white. She was blind.
Her face lit up with a smile as she looked over. " I'm Hime." She smiled a little more shyly as she thought about how cute the teacher was. She pushed that out of her mind for now; right now was the time for learning.

Wow, so many new people being accepted into Akadou Deidara. It's driving me crazy! I don't care too much about your Sample Post or your History, since everyone is a Prodigy on this Forum.
Also, if shes a Student, then how come she knows more then 5 Jutsu, infact, she should only know Henge. Finally, your strengths and weaknesses seem okay, but your Jutsu Rank need to match your Ninja Rank. Academy Students can't have no more then d-Ranked Jutsu.
Also, this RPC can be at the same rank as your previous RPC.
Aww yeah, Zekey boy makes a good Moderator.
