Description: This jutsu operates on the principle of "the hand is quicker than the eye", a phrase the user will often say just before activating it. It delays the target's sensory perceptions by one second, making it seem as though time has paused. The pause is only one second long, so it seems as though it never really happened. The user will then continue the battle, but the opponent will think the user is one place, while they were there a full second before. This allows the user to usually get in two or three hits before the target becomes aware of the delay. After this the target might realize it is Genjutsu and use Genjutsu Kai, or they might not realize it and just try to anticipate one second in advance.
Kaza stood up, he was going to complete this jutsu if it killed him, picking up his kunai and stepping back and away from the group. Putting the kunai pointing down in his right hand kaza performed the body flicker handseals, propelling himself at a large sand mount,
"The hand is quicker than the eye", emitted as instict through his mouth as he perfectly performed the handseals for the genjutsu technqiue. Landing with a spin back-kick to the mound kaza knew that he had performed it this time without flaw, perhaps he could use this technique in combination with his taijutsu and puppet mastery to more easily defeat opponents. Walking back towards the group kaza felt exhausted, three jutsu was enough for one day. Smiling he waved goodbye as he walked past, back to the gates of sunagakure.
