Nesuki had a good night’s rest at a local inn in Konohagakure, but he awoke early in the morning to start searching for the person that he was sent out to find. He wondered if Setsuna had actually been too cryptic with her choice of words by using something that she knew about through her time of living and not something he would have knew about. He was a smart kid, but Spiraling Wolf was something new to him. It just had to be a type of move that a great ninja used because it sounded so powerful to even speak. Nesuki wandered many streets and talked to a lot of people until he finally arrived at a Memorial stone that had many names scribbled into it of many warriors that had died. Nesuki rubbed his hands across the surface of the tribute as he then walked to head off to another area.

As the boy proceeded to walk off a thick fog began to roll in and footsteps of a human and padding of a canine could be heard. The soft tings of metals clinging together could be heard until a figure in the fog appear. The tall man in black had a long crystalline spear on his back which shone softly despite the sun's absence. His green eyes seemed to pierce through the fog as he looked at the boy and then spoke. "They say that when you're reborn you don't remember a thing. Like the air in your head is all fuzzy. when you try to think back to who you are, you get a headache so powerful it feels like you've been torn apart." The man said as he approached. "Like lightning kissed your head and refused to stop even though you begged."

Nesuki took three steps before a fog rolled in and he found himself listening to the steps of a man or woman approaching him. The steps were too many for it to be just a single person, and further evaluation proved to the boy that the second sound he heard tapping against the ground had to be that of an animal, because even as they stepped it echoed no sound like a barefoot or that of footwear. It sounded like patting. It would take only a matter of seconds for Nesuki to realize something was about to go down here as the man spoke in a riddle like theme as he continued to come forward to the boy. Nesuki immediately responded coldly, “I don’t know how true that may be because I am not looking for answers. I only want to remember what is important and that don’t require me to sleep anymore. Lightning has kissed me already and I am still waiting for the thunder to roar. If you know of the things you speak, is it in good judgment to assume you to be the one I seek?”

"I am Inuzuka Tamotsu. The Spiraling Wolf Of Konoha. Former Tscuhikage, Mizukage and Current Hachidaime Hokage. The thing you came here looking for is the Spear of The Thunder Dragon God. Sadly, it is not something I am willing to part with so easily. But since it is not my destiny to wield Rairyukamimaru, I will show you the power of the Thunder God." Tamotsu said as he instantly appeared before the boy and stabbed the long spear through the boy's chest. As he held the spear, he lifted the boy from the ground and then closed his eyes. "Remember these words. Ookami.... Tekidan.... No.... Jutsu." He said as the spear lit up with energy and then blasted the lightning blasts into the boy.

"If you are the chosen one, then prove it. Make me believe." Tamotsu said murderously.

Nesuki listened to the man’s speech carefully as he introduced himself. He was indeed the man that he was looking for, but it seemed that his arrival had been pronounced before he arrived. He was not looking for an element of surprise, but it would have been nice to have his own chance at introducing himself. Tamotsu spoke bold words, and just as likely the boy would not have had it any other way than he pursued the situation. He did not expect to waltz into the village, find the spiraling wolf, get what was suppose to come to him, and finally waltz back through the gates. It was unheard of and would have seemed to much like a trap. After dealing with Setsuna, he could not have expected anything other than what Tamotsu was about to do as he instantly disappeared through the fog and arrived before Nesuki with a blinding speed and plunging the Spear of the Thunder God into the boy’s chest.

Just like before when death had managed to steal miss grabbing his soul, Nesuki gasped for air as his body was punctured and lifted in the air. The stab was enough to drop anyone else, but the lift that placed his pressure onto the spear was unheard of type of pain it was just a cruel and fancy way to get a point across as the man told Nesuki more words before firing lightning blasts into him like he was a priming him up for diner. Nesuki wanted very badly to scream out in pain as the blows flowed through his body one after another. After finally gripping his mind into a complete hold, Nesuki tightened his fist as he looked into Tamotsu’s eyes before igniting his chakra in his right hand to crackle like lightning between them as he spoke while holding the pole of the weapon with his infused hand, “Just the way I like it Spiralling Wolf!” He slowly began to pull the blade out of himself before jumping off holding his chest, but still holding the spear with his ignited hand.

"Enough!" A loud booming voice like thunder roared as an old looking sage man appeared floating behind Tamotsu. "The chosen ones are not to kill each other. I told you to test him, not to skewer him."

Tamotsu sucked his teeth and pulled back the spear as the man approached and grabbed Nesuki's hand and made his Chidori disappeared.

"I am Ramuh. The Thunder Sage. I am the God of Thunder. My vessel is the contract he wields. The Master Element Contract. I see you have come from the land of the waves and suffered Rebirth. That is good. You are complete save one thing. The spear. It was created via crystals infused with Raiton Chakra. It amplifies Raiton jutsus to a point where they are dangerous even at C-Rank." The Summoned Sage said.

"In other words, I've been holding the spear for you since it was created, Nesuki Raigome." Tamotsu said.

"Raigome is the last name granted those who become the chosen master of Lightning. The man before you is the Master of Wind. There are other masters all who suffer different trials. You have suffered Rebirth. The toughest of all Trials." Ramuh said as Tamotsu put the spear down and sighed.

"Swords are my specialty anyways." Tamotsu laughed. "Ramuh, his Kami."

"Yes. Your Kami is the man before you. Since Setsuna died and gave you instructions to come here, she can no longer be your Kami. Hence, Tamotsu will be your Kami. When you grab your spear you will be granted the last of your powers. The Final Mastery of Lightning." Ramuh sage-like voice echoes a bit.

Before the trial could be granted a chance to go on any further, the Thunder God Ramuh appeared from seemingly no where to take on the dispute. As if he did not get the point across by his entrance, the man approached Nesuki and diffused his hand of its chakra being gathered. Nesuki could do nothing but look on in awe at what was going on before him as it all was looking to be unreal at the moment. He finds stronger shinobi that he think of as being the best tings ever, but then a God appears to place more doubts about who or what is the strongest being to exist. Nesuki listened to the man speak of the things granted to him. He even informed him that the woman he had sworn loyalty to was somewhat a thing of the past. Tamotsu was his new kami, but in his heart he would always remember Satsuna as his true kami for experiencing Rebirth with him. She gave him the ropes and that did a lot for him. He waited for the God to finish his speaking and without further words he picked up the spear that was before him into hiss grasp as he began to feel more power becoming one within himself from the simple touch of holding the item alone.

"At last, the final chosen one." Ramuh said as he sighed and then desummoned himself. Tamotsu grimaced at having yet another tag-a-long but there was nothing he could do. Tamotsu was the teacher and Nesuki would be his student. He then approached the boy and sealed his Chakra.

"It's wrong that I seal you. But if the spear had it's way, you'd blow both me and you with the village to Kingdom Come. So I have to stop you. The spear amplifies your power. It didn't do the same for me because I was blessed with Demonic Chakra. Which in itself isn't something good. But listen to me. Kami's aren't always the strongest but they know the keys to unlocking true power. Raiton power is limitless. Well, nearly. Much like wind, you need to harness it. Otherwise, you go nowhere fast. And what will that accomplish? Nothing. Nesuki, this scroll...." Tamotsu takes out a scroll. "... is called the Master Element Scroll. It is said only Kages can summon from it. But I have seen a Missing Ninja summon the Fire Demon Lord and I myself have called forth Lightning. If you can summon Ramuh from it, the seal on your powers will break."

Tamotsu handed the boy the scroll and then pointed north. "There's a garden to the north of here. Where cherry trees and blossoms of many different flowers live. Where wolves are more common then man. A single home rests there. There is a room there. IT is yours. It is marked by a lightning bolt. Use my house as you see fit." He walked off.

Nesuki listened to the last words provided before and accepted the scroll handed to him by Tamotsu, his Kami. The man sealed his chakra with good reason because he surely did not want to explode with uncontrollable power until he learned to harness the powers he had at the moment. As Tamotsu left, the boy placed his spear and his scroll before him while bowing to him while he walked away with his wolf companion. The boy then looked at his two newly gained items and walked to the northern area that Tamotsu directed him to. He would get himself comfortable in his new surroundings before he sought out to unlock his powers to a higher degree.
