So as previous Mods said;
-Appearence. You say you can't access Google Images? Use Photobucket.com Its the, if you want, more Anime-ish Google Images, in a way. Also, on Nrc, Text Appearance is more likely to get approved.
-Main Favored Weapon. What kind of Sword. Custom or Not? If custom, you need to wait 'till 100 post or get a higher member to make it for you.
-Personality. A little vague. Increase on Hard Facts of his Personality.
-Background. Looks good although you could be more vague about his Parents death. Also, if he got rescued by an Uchiha, what the hell was he doing in Oto Territory?

It's not the fact your not using an Image, it's the fact that you have so little in your physical appearance description, that you need to write that up to atleast a paragraph, AKA five sentence/lines. I got a little exasperated not at you, but at someone else.
