Here is the sacred scroll of Sabaku ken Fu (desert fist). This scroll is for helping members of our clan master our beautiful and deadly art.

[note: people that are not of the Mizunaka bloodline will not be able to learn, they're chakra signature's cannot support it....this is considered a bloodline. The sand will stick to your chakra signature with little to no chakra usage, it is because of this that the Mizunaka's are able to manipulate it so freely and have become so powerful.]

Sabaku ken Fu is the art of using sand for a fighting style other then Ninjutsu. Members of the Mizunaka clan undergo rigorous training to develop immense stregth, speed and most importantly, flexiblity. To master this art you must be able to move as gracefully as the sand. Once you have mastered Sabaku ken Fu, you will be as fearsome as the Shukaku himself.

Stage 1

Flexibility: limited, average for a person
Strength: limited, average for a person
Weights: Only about 5lbs each (traditional users of Sabaku ken Fu carry their sand in weights around their wrists and ankles.)
Sand: sticks directly to their skin, giving them a "statuesque" appearance plus the person's skin feels like sand paper

Stage 2

Flexibility: Slightly better then average. The person can easily do the splits and bend over backwards without falling, touching the ground with their hands. Their fighting is beginning to take on almost a "dancing" quality to it, characteristic of Sabaku ken Fu
Strength: Slightly above average
Weights: 10lbs each
Sand: is beginning to hover about the skin, only about 1 inch

Stage 3

Flexibility: Much better then the average person (about that of a gymnist). Their moves are taking on more and more fluidity.
Strength: Above average (strength improves from carrying the weights around...everywhere)
Weights: 25lbs each
Sand: hovers about 3-4 inches off of the skin, hits that they make are accompanied with the stinging of sand in a wound. The user can now controll the flow of the sand around their body for both offensive and defensive purposes.

Stage 4

Flexibility: Fantastic. The person can now bend all the way backwards, and touch their head to the ground and stand up without any assistance. They're beginning to flow like the sand. Their motions are fluid and graceful.
Strength: Very strong. Though the weights are getting heavier, they don't seem to be a problem at all for the wearer.
Weights: 45lbs each
Sand: The sand now hovers atleast 6-8 inches off of the person's body, now allowing the beginning of double hit combos. The sand also is beginning to move almost on it's own, going to exactly where the user needs it, when they need it.

Stage 5

Flexibility: Almost unhuman. A person at stage 5 has mastered the art. They can do repeditive backflips and frontflips without moving from the exact spot they were standing. Bending and contorting their body seems effortless. They move like the sand. Their beautiful dance like motions almost distract their opponets.
Strength: Immense, they're not as strong as someone who has learned to focus chakra in their muscles (ex/ Tsunade), but the training with the weights makes a direct hit from them, deadly.
Weights: anywhere from 80-100lbs each, depending on the users preference.
Sand: Hovers nearly 10 inches off the body, almost looking like another set of limbs. The sand moves around the user without a thought, mostly for defensive purposes. The double hit combo has now been perfected. Their opponent not only feels the power of their strength, and speed, but every hit is followed by a scraping, burning sensation from the sand as it tears at their skin.
