Appearance: Shiro is a very innocent looking teenager with a slim stick like physique. His figure is not very intimidating actually. He looks like a weakling in honest truth. Though that is true for his arms that is absolutely false when making an observation of his legs. His legs are pretty damn strong and he has the notion to prove that whenever anyone doubts that. Shiro’s skin is a normal peach color with no scars or blemishes. His eyes are very big and puppy dog like.
Sporting a plain white shirt with a long sleeve black shirt, Shiro wears this most of the time whatever the weather. The jacket has several pockets on the outside and is made of leather with pockets inside to store any items out of view. His pants are just plain nylon pants held up by a steel belt. The boy also has small chain hanging from his left hip for some odd reason though it just for looks. Even weirder Shiro has bandages wrapped around his left and right arms with some extra length just hanging, about 3 ft of it. Lastly Shiro finishes the look of with a black hat and a pair of plain black goggles.

Personality: Shiro has what some might call a split personality. He can be happy and innocent or he could be taunting and devilish . Just depends on the first impression you give him. The boy usually stays happy and light hearted though some situations, like battles, can completely change his personality. To sum it up he can be an angel or a devil but it is just his mood that completely changes there is no other personality just one.

Background: Shiro comes from a pretty normal family with his mom as a shopkeeper and his dad working as a mechanic. None of his family besides his uncle was actually shinobi or even showed the gift to manipulate chakra. He never did like to be a shinobi after he saw what happened to some survivors coming back with some missing limbs and on stretchers heading for the hospital.
School always seemed to be fun since all he had to do was fool around in class and hang out with friends. Just simple and normal life. Later on his friends caught on that he could use chakra and soon enough they tormented him about it. They called him a freak of nature and constantly harassed them whenever they could. Kira alleviated the pain as much as he could while envying the birds who flew in the air carefree without any burdens.
A person can only take so much pain before he finally has to react. Shiro couldn’t take it and in his fury he severely injured all of the tormentors then and there. The sight of all that blood and the sweet taste of revenge produced a bloodcurdling laugh from Shiro. The feeling of revenge and retribution got to his head and anyone who had joined the bullies on their quest to torment him got their fill or retribution as well. The principal advised Shiro’s parents to send him to the Academy where he would be with others of his kind. And though he gained revenge he never really got over the great feeling of having revenge.
In Academy he never talked much and silently got through the Academy with excellent grades. People never really introduced themselves to him. At least anyone from Konoki who had heard about him and spread the rumors. Everyone seemed to be scared of him. Scared once they heard how he laughed while near killing anyone who had gotten in his way. Kira just went ahead with his life hoping to just get past as an Academy Student and move onto a Genin.
Upon graduating Shiro received a gift from his parents who saved up for a long period of time to buy the separate parts and build it into a Lightning Conducting Fighting Pole. Kira had always liked to fly and maybe there was a chance that his parents spotted him looking into the sky whenever he was troubled or deep in thought Shiro found his days of envying the birds were over.
