(OOC: sorry works been a little nuts lately)

IC: Having stopped off at his house to take care of some important personal matters that had been plaguing him while he was away Noah was finally making his way through his current home town on his way to the palace in the hopes of meeting with his good friend the Kazekage and reporting in. Since he basically left without letting him know that he was leaving he really wasn't looking forward to what awaited him. Taking his time strolling through the streets of the village he memorized all of the changes that had taken place in his absence, the old shops that had closed and the new ones that took their place. Deciding that he had wasted enough time he approached the palace and went inside headed for Ballian's office hoping he was actually in at the moment and that he was in a good mood.

IC: Ballian sighed when walking along and tapped on Mitsuaki's should and whacked him on the back of the head swiftly with his palm of his hand. "You've been gone too long, what you find out about Oto?" He said looking at Mitsuaki and sighed while walking ahead and unlocking his office door so they could sit down drink some tea and discuss the situation that was beyond the control of just the wind country when the rice country was acting up. "You trained a kid, I know that, someone told me; but what else did you find out about the entire country and what they plan to do? Or do you not know, because I heard that there are shinobi attacking their own country to get rid of raw power idiots that run it?" He said laughing a bit.

Walking in, while the door was being opened he smiled at Ayame and walked up the stairs, slowly opening the door to his office and sat in the seat waiting for Mitsuaki to follow him and explain the details.

IC: Honestly he was a little surprised when he received the smack on the head from his old friend, he was so worried about heading toward his office that he didn't notice that he was behind him. As Ballian informed him that he already knew about his training another shinobi Noah thought to himself oh good, that's one less thing to explain at least. Following him into his office he took a seat before beginning his report well oto is basically in the shitter, right now they are unorganized and scattered, they aren't in any shape to carry out any sort of plan and I feel it may be awhile before they regain some composer. Making himself a cup of tea he went on but I'm glad to be back after so long my friend, I hope you have something to keep me busy now that I'm home he said as he took a sip of his tea and waited for a response.

IC: "Yeah, I understand that, knew that after your brother disappeared, the village fell apart again." He spoke with a bit of laughter in his voice. "So many shinobi, so little amount of actually reinforcement that can stop a country from infiltrating an attack upon them." Sighing with a look at his tea cup and took another shot of tea. "What can you do, hmm..." Ballian thought about that then got up and walked down stairs. "Hmm, alright... "Walking back up and looking at Mitsuaki. "Nothing..." He began to laugh out loud. "You can go find... that lightning guy and help him kill Kishi, I gotta go talk to a female shinobi from a weird clan..."He sighed.

IC: As his old friend began to laugh while pondering his next assignment Noah was hoping he didn't just think up a terrible mission for him to head off on but was surprised when he said "Nothing" and smirked a little. Cool I might have some time to relax and catch up with friends he thought but was pulled back to reality when he was told to help out a shinobi in need before Ballian made a quick exit. Great he could have at least pointed me in their direction before taking off, I guess I'll have to track them down the old fashioned way Noah said to himself as he finished his cup of tea and walked towards the exit of the palace pulling his arms across his body to stretch his shoulders in preparation for the fight ahead.
