Background:
Koyuki was born in the outskirts of the Konohagakure. She went to school in Konoha but shortly after she had to leave for the outskirts of the countries. She couldn't finish school and did not become a ninja as quickly as she wanted. Although she could not study in school, she studied with her parents and they taught her alot of things. When they moved back to Konoha, she met a boy named Amegaki Inuzuka who taught her a few things, she learned about Empathy this way and learned to use it from prolonged exposure to it, but couldn't fully be her teacher because he was only a Genin and thought it was best if she learned at school. Koyuki left her home on the outskirts of Konoha and moved into the village and lived with her brothers who were about 19 at the time. She went to school and passed with the three jutsu that Amegaki had taught her. She strapped the protector under her clothes and left the school for home.

No, dormant goes if you are going to get a bloodline later, except my Cursed Clans again and I think Yuwea's Starkin, which can be added w/o planning it out from the start

132 pounds is kinda heavy for that height, especially if her body type is petite (although I don't know how that goes along with muscular...). Try 110-115
