Bloodline Name: Hyouton
Leader: Gedo
Clan: Hyoton Clan
Village: Kirigakure

Clan Description: Hyoton is the bloodline ability to combine wind and nearby water to create ice, and manipulate it into various forms as: senbom (needles), spears, mirrors. Ice created in this manner is of course fused with the chakra of the user, thus giving it several significant advantages.

The Hyouton bloodline has been dotted through history. For a long period of time, Haku of the Mist was the sole possessor of the blood. Therefore, when he died it was assumed that the ability to control Ice as an element, was lost forever. However, over time, users of the Hyouton bloodline have began to re-emerge into society; once again focusing their population within the village of Kirigakure.

Clan Traits/Characteristics: Members of the Hyoton bloodline have few physical traits in-common with each other. First of all, they are all of an extremely pale completion, with jet-black hair which is usually kept long. As always, there are some exceptions to these traits, yet this is incredibly rare. Ontop of this, it is not uncommon for Hyoton members to wear a traditional mask when entering battle. When it comes to mental traits, the Hyoton have even less in common. They rarely participate in Close-Combat due to the nature of the techniques, therefore being based in chakra-heavy styles; indicating a high-level on intellect.

Clan Personality: The personality of Clan Members varies from person to person, yet there are a few common traits held by most. The Hyoton Clan, for the most part, lives a secluded life style. Though they maintain residence within a village (for the most part), they rarely interact with those whom aren't a member of the Clan.

Bloodline limits:

Name: Ice Creation
Requirements: Hyoton Clan. Water Primary Element.
Description: Ice Creation is the basis of all Jutsu's used by the Hyoton Clan. Ice Creation allows a member of the Hyoton Bloodline to mix together Water and Wind in a specific ration, also lace it with chakra, to create Ice. However, it isn't simply regular ice. Seeming as it is mixed with the users chakra, it takes on two special qualities. First of all, any Hyoton Ice can not be melted and is near impervious to Fire-Based Jutsu's. Secondly, Hyoton Ice is as hard as diamond, making it basicly unbreakable.

Name: Blizzard Creation Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D/C/B/A/S
Requirements: Hyoton Bloodline
Description: A crucial jutsu for the Hyoton Clan; it allows the use to blow out snow by forming water chakra in their throat. This is used for setting up future Jutsu's when there is no source of Ice in the area. The amount created depends on the user.
E Rank: Enough for 3 Jutsu's
D Rank: Enough for 5 Jutsu's
C Rank: Enough for 7 Jutsu's
B Rank: Enough for 9 Jutsu's

Name: Destructive Ice Tiger Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Hyoton Bloodline, Water/Ice Source
Description: To perform this technique, their must be either a source of water (which will be converted to ice) or ice in the area. After forming the needed handseals, a tiger made of Ice will be formed, under the control of the user. Not only can this tiger be used for simply attacking an opponent, it can also freeze any water it touches. This can allow the user to save the chakra needed for creating Ice.

Name: Ice Crystal Mirrors Creation Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Hyoton Bloodline, Water Source
Description: This technique is used mainly as a set-up for a secondary ability commonly used by the Hyoton Clan. To perform this, the user makes various handseals whilst near a water source. The water source will then surge around the opponent, trapping them inside and turning to chakra-infused ice.

Name: Demon Crystal Ice Mirrors Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Hyoton Bloodline, Ice Crystal Mirrors Creation
Description: After trapping the technique in a prison of ice via the Ice Crystal Mirrors Creation technique, the user is then able to perform Makyo HyoSho. This allows the user to merge his body with one of the mirrors, which then allows him to move freely from one mirror to the next at near instant speed. This allows him to attack his opponents from multiple angles at almost the same time. Keep in mind, this Jutsu can only be used for a certain number of posts.

Name: Thousand Ice Needles Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Hyoton Bloodline, Water Source
Description: This technique allows the user to turn a near by source of water, into Ice Needles. First the user changes the water, turning it into a large amount of Senbons which he can control. The number of Senbons created varies on the Rank of the user.

Name: Ice Prison Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Hyoton Bloodline, Water/Ice Source
Description: This Jutsu requires the opponent to be standing on, or near a source of Ice. The user will touch the ground, causing columns of ice to rise up near the opponents feet. The Ice will attempt to engulf the opponent, trapping them inside. This is reasonably hard to avoid as the ice rises quickly. The User can also use this technique upon selves, to protect themselves from an incoming attack. The Prison can withstand attacks up to a B-Rank.

Name: One Horned White Whale Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Hyoton Bloodline
Description: The One Horned White Wale Technique is helpful to any ice user as it is not only a good offensive ability, but an easy way for the user to gain access to a large amount of ice. After performing a hand seal, a large whale made of Ice will form, feeding of the users chakra. The Whale will attempt to slam down upon the opponent, hoping to crush them. However, even if this fails; once the whale has struck the ground, it will shatter, covering a large area with Ice for future attacks.

Name: Ice Prison Explosion Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Hyoton Bloodline, Ice Prison Technique
Description: After trapping the opponent within the Ice Prison, the user can then make further hand seals to cause the ice to erupt, shooting shards of ice in every direction, potentially shredding the opponent.

Name: Ice Dragon Outburst Snowstorm
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Hyoton Bloodline, Ice/Water Source
Description: The user channels a large amount of chakra into either a Water or Ice Source. This then forms into a giant dragon, made of solid Ice; completely under the control of the user. The dragon is incredibly fast and strong and capable of breathing snow. The length of which this technique can be held is 5 posts, if the dragon is formed from an Ice Source. Or 3 posts if it is formed for a Snow Source.
