Name: Sumitsuki no bachiatari (Black seal of the accursed)
Type: Kinjutsu

Requirements: Must be obtained from Zieg. (Need admin/mod approval)
Description: This is a cursed seal technique, created by Itichi Zieg, from some of his own hormones, and human bodies. The seal is very unstable, and can kill those afflicted with it. Chances of living are 65%. The actual seal is a black liqud, made from some of Zieg's blood, and several various chemicles, unknown to many. The seal can be transfered by injecting the liquid directly into the body. Once inflicted the one whom was given the mark will go into a comma for three days while the seal sets in. Over the time of the three days the mark will begin to appear somewhere on the person's body. The seal appears to be the mark of the Itichi clan, the cresent moon, with the circle in the middle of it, and the three marks around the circle. The seal can only be activated when the possesor's body is completely worn, or he/she is unconscious, or near death, unless the user has carried the mark for a long time. The mark will then begin to spread, the cresent moon disappearing, and the marks will begin to spread over the user's body. Their skin will turn darker, with a gray tone. The seal will then allow the body to move once more. The seal increases the user's chakra by at least 3x its normal rate, and also enhances the user's eye sight, allowing them to see further, and more clearly. The seal can be controled, but only through intense training with it activated. The chance of death also decreases, to a minimum 5%. Once the seal is activated the user's body becomes much more worn than normal. After useage the user must rest his/her body for a while. The time rested before becoming better depends on how long the seal is in effect.

Just thought it would be fun to have this. I didn't make it too powerful. May change something later. Also sorry for earlier. I asked my friend to do this for me, and he posted there.

seems pretty good to meh. such a powerful curse with a 65% chance of dying seems to balance it out. I thin you should make a limit to the amount of people that could inherit this curse from you. I think around 5 people. other than that...it's good to meh.

I see only one very large problem

Ok in the rules
YOU CANNOT KILL AN RPC without their saying ok, aka all percentages dont matter everyone will say that they lived

so basically you get a ton of power for no price since you cant just roll a die and say you live or die, they have to say it.

In conclusion you need to make a limit on it so that people don't run around god-modding with it.....because this is what it does

1 ) increases chakra 10x
2 ) enhanced eye sight//for distance and clarity

this is a big gap for no price at all, if you added something like they are extremely fatigued after they use it, or like they drop on the ground unconscious for a certain amount of time it would limit it and make it fair

Whoa whoa whoa. First off 10X chakra? I said no such thing. The chakra increase will only be 2, maybe 3X. Second I understand the chance of living thing completely. I had no intention of killing anyone. They will always say they lived, unless they want their RPC to die. The threat is just for show. lol Second everyone will not be getting one. Just ppl I trust it with. Anything else?
