Appearance: Wears loose black pants made from a cloth like material. Then has a Grey muscle shirt that goes past the waist a few inches. A rope made from horse hair, being Â½ inches Â in diameter, is tied around his waist. Has a pale white complication, and broad face; similar to Germanic people. No facial hair exists. His hair is kept short and kept in a spike. His eyes appear to pierce you, because of their depth, and bright color. His muscles are toned, and he appears to be rather agile. If you didnâ€™t know better, he would appear as a simple peasant, other than the head band on his right bicep.

Strengths:
Ensu focuses mostly on using his speed, agility, and flexibility to his advantage in battle. He tries to fight in the most erratic way possible, while still keeping it effective. This makes him appear crazy and dumb at times but some how it pays off for him. Ensu is also a very playful person, that makes people want to be around him. Heâ€™s also skilled with projectile weapons, and has good stamina.

Weaknesses:
He lacks physical strength, and endurance. He lacks experience and it makes him naive to whatâ€™s going on around him. Heâ€™s not very aggressive and holds back often in fights because of his compassion for every living being. His mental state makes it difficult for him to understand the seriousness of whatâ€™s taking place and causes him to often fail in important moments because he doesnâ€™t take anything serious.

Description: Chakra is generated to the hands and then shot forward in a stream of energy. Under normal conditions it has a diameter of 1ft and a range of 20 feet. How ever some have made them with a 2 Ft diameter and range of Â an 1/8 of a mile.( must be Jounin) The attack locks the muscles and causes first degree burns. Also causes damage to the surrounding area.

Description: The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Once this is mastered, the user would be able to easily walk on water.

Background:
Ensu comes from a family that uses lightning techniques. They were never very popular and eventually went from being shinobi to being weapon smiths and made a good living. They had a prosperous life, and everything went well. In fact the family uses there lightning to weld together broken weapons and make several more for 1/8 of all of the mist village. However when Ensu was born the family wished for him to see if he could become a strong shinobi to bring in another source of income for the family. He agreed when he was old enough to join the academy. His parents thought he was to carefree but decided that couldnâ€™t Â be changed because of the easy life Ensu had always had. They hope that he isnâ€™t to spoiled for the task and can become a powerful Shinobi of the mist someday.

I'll go on and say that that Chain Whip's gonna be at least Chuunin, if not Jounin because of it using the Raiton Element with it. Other than that, great job! ^_^
