Appearance:
Kadarr has on a pair of full length pants that are a drak black color with blood rad flames that reach up his paints that form in to his side pockets.his head band is around his neck. Kadarr also has this symbol on his back as a symbol of his family. his paints are full and a bit lose. his Ninja Sandals are the same color as his paints,His pants go almost all the way over his sandals, but not enough for him to fall on them.

Personality: Kadarr has been known as a noble shinobi throughout his life, trying not to provoke others when possible, but is not afraid to accomplish an objective should force become required. Kadarr has also been known to be somewhat of an upperclass persona, using proper manners when he feels appropriate.
Background:Kadarr was born to what he believes are normal circumstances, although he remains unsure as stories of such and event do not exist. Growing up with his parents was less than fun, both of whom were wealthy taught Kadaar how to be a proper gentleman and use manners, his personality directly reflects his upbringing.
Kadarr's parents had to go to foreign lands when he was six, so they boarded him in the ninja academy of kiri (the village in which they all lived), leaving their estate under his ownership as they would be gone many years. Kadaar was uneasy about joining the academy but accepted that nothing else was going to work out well. In the academy he excelleed in taijutsu training as well as most ninjutsu techniques, teachers praised him and he payed proper respect. Around graduation day he recieved a letter from his parents personnal assitant and butler informing the young master that his parents were killed by a band of roaming ninjas whom had no respect for life or mercy. This sparked something in the boy previously inexperienced, loss.
Kadarr become somewhat solitude for some time dealing with his parents death, but when the butler arrived back at kiri the two become friends and began their life in the estate left to him. To his surprise Kadarr received somewhat of a blessing and a curse some weeks later.
Two beautiful young twins arrived at his doorstep with a letter, to his surprise the letter was from his parents. It appeared as if while out of the country his mother had found the twins and knew that they where her grand-daughters and they were raised in a nursery until old enough to make the journey to Kirigakure, vowing to take care of his daughter. Although this is one line too short to technically be good, its nice writing and is descriptive. It passes my judgement xD

umm white bird you are allow a primary and a secondary since your going to have a bloodline. Yasou he can not have three but is allowed two a primary and a secondary.
