Ellen gritted her teeth slightly as the Hyuuga's interference put her opponent's flags just outside her reach. However, she still did plenty of damage to the large guy wearing a mask and she was ready to do more. She waited patiently as he was recovering, probably thinking that the mist hid his location because he was still standing a little in front of her. Unfortunately, he didn't know that while animals don't perceive colors as well as humans or not at all, their vision is still considerably sharper and clearer. She could see his silhouette and even a little detail as he pulled out a senbon and struck it. Unfortunately, she didn't know what it was supposed to accomplish since the genjutsu collapsed against her flow of spirit energy, but she could tell it must have been some sort of jutsu because Locron charged at her again. A few moments later, she could tell the Hyuuga started moving as well, attacking her from behind the boy. Well, this is fun, - she thought, grinning in a feral manner. She focused her mind on the ability she only received a short while ago, at the same time covering the flag on her waist with her tail: it was time to dish out some pain.
The transformation was completed before they could reach her. This was the first time Ellen used this new ability of hers to transform this much, but she didn't have time to check herself out right then. She instantly realized some of the changes that happened to her as well as the fact that she was now stronger and faster and could tell where her enemies were easier. Just as she thought, the Hyuuga girl attacked first because she was faster than the genjutsu user, but not quite as fast as Ellen thought she would be. As Syra was coming towards her from above, a realization struck Ellen: Even without the transformation, we'd pretty evenly matched... actually, I'd probably still be faster, even without using Kyokugen. At first, she was going to knock her opponent away, but she quickly realized that the Hyuuga had to jump over Locron to get ahead. Hilarious, - she thought, concentrating a lot of spirit energy in her right arm and chest, not moving from the spot as she took Syra's attack head on. Too bad for the Hyuuga that Jyuuken wouldn't affect her, and too bad for the genjutsu user that he would ram right into his teammate. After all, they both likely expected her to either counter-attack, knocking Syra away, block, allowing Syra to jump away pushing herself off it, or dodge, creating room for her two opponents to maneuver, but she did none of the above. As the Hyuuga landed, Ellen growled slightly as she punched her in the chest with her right arm, planning to launch the freaky-eyed girl into her partner and send them both rolling across the arena's floor.

Name: Were-Form
Stage III: The third stage is on the edge of staying more or less human, though nobody would call a werewolf in this form human if they saw them in proper lighting and without some kind of robe. The Cursed gain most of their bound animal's physical traits: ears, eyes, tail, hide or just skin, feet, two joints in their legs and maybe other similar traits. Even their face now looks like a mix of human and the animal they are bound with. Their arms remain almost completely human at this stage, with only the general body changes and claws appearing on their hands for most. At this stage, the Cursed gets even sharper senses and a 40% overall physical ability increase. This is the highest stage a half-blood werewolf can transform into.
In third stage, Ellen really becomes half-fox: in addition to previous changes, her whisker marks become apparent, her fingernails turn into real tough and sharp claws and her skin is covered by short, but clearly visible fur of a bright orange and white pattern. Interestingly enough, she can control whether her legs and feet will transform or retain human shape, but in the latter case she gets a 15% smaller speed boost than usual.

Two things here:
1) So the time it took an A-rank taijutsu nothing to turn around, run several meters (though if you didn't screw with Curtis' post before, it was supposed to be no less than ten) and use a jutsu is less than it took a B-rank taijutsu major with an ability that highly increases attack speed to deliver a knee strike and the margin it would take her to grab the flags?
2) Ok, you were standing, but you fell to your feet and that allowed you to escape having your flags taken. How does that make sense?

Can you explain to me at which point exactly did Syra pass by Ellen so that she was attacking from the front? It doesn't matter god-mod wise, but adds to your post's already high inconsistency

And technically the mist should've been knocked away enough for me to see Syra, at which time I could have intercepted her easily.
