He also wears his forehead protector just above his eyes to keep his hair away when he fights. His feet are often covered in ninja sandals but he prefered to fight barefoot.

Hair: Long straight brown hair that stretches to his lower back.

Description: This is a speed technique, which has two uses. It's primary use is a sudden burst of speed used to travel a few feet in any direction. It takes chakra but can be used alot. However, if you use it too many times without a break your physical stamina will wear down faster. It's second use may only be used as a Chuunin or higher. It utilizes handseals and more chakra to enable you to travel greater distances, much like Shunshin. This is only far enough to carry you out of a battle and shouldn't be used to travel long distances (unless you have a large amount of stamina and chakra, and don't intend on fighting that day).

Background: Himana had grown up in the Village Hidden in the Leaves, born to two civilian parents. His father was a little callous and his mother deffered to him but they love him in their own way. He decided to go the ninja academy at age ten which would affect his whole life. He worked very hard in all the techniques they gave him but he always suffered a little in taijutsu. He is determined to become stronger and win against all the people that insulted him for his shortcomings. He had several siblings both too young to be ninja as of yet, although he doubted they would be. They were just as happy as his parents were, he guessed thats why he decided to be ninja. They needed him to protect them. His grandparents had died long ago from a mission when they were killed by a rogue ninja. Himana had few friends in school but the one's he did have were special. They were killed on a C ranked mission that had gone wrong. Himana was determined not to share his friends' fate.

Put a space between Personality and inventory please. Also between the jutsu, bloodline limit and bloodline jutsu section. You need more of a background. And that should be E ranked Genin.

well it is simple, but acceptable I guess. But you know you get all three basic jutsu to start and not just one right? (NVM I read the profile wrong ) Also if his friends were so special why did he just shrug off their deaths. Your background just says he doesn't want to die like they did. Not much of a friend in my opinion.
But no real problems with the profile that can see, any objections?
