((OOC: Ok then I am now in this ))

Captain Hodge fired his rifle through the rocks. He dropped the clip to the ground and slipped in the one he had strapped to his leg. He popped his head over the rock to see where the enemy had gone. Just as he had done so a flash of red light went past his helmet. He felt the heat of the shot on his skin and he ducked back down. He looked behind him to check his men, or what was left of them. Only Private Keyes was left fighting. Keyes had only been on the field for two days. He was a rookie, but he held on. Private watch your nine...! Just as the words escaped his lips Hodge saw a dark armored figure bound out and swipe up the marine. With a quick movement Keyes' body was smashed against the rock that gave them cover. Hs chest broke open and blood spayed across the black stone, now stained for years to come. Hodge lifted his rifle and fired a shot at the figure. His rifle was a new design. They called it the RAPTOR. It fired special made rounds that held the alien tech in the beam rifles. In the head of the bullet there was highly reactive compound that melted metallic material like it didn't exist. Hodge saw as his shot break through the beast's armor, chunks flew outward as the the alien fell to the ground. Blood covered the stones as he bled out.

Hodge had never seen an alien such as this one. he didn't know how to fight them easily. The Captain ran to Keyes' lifeless body an pulled it down from the rocks. He pushed the radio button on his HUD and spoke..." Marine Down. Repeat, Marine Down. Need Back-up!" Hodge spun around quickly as he heard movement from the rocks behind him. Another armored figure sprung on him. Hodge felt his body being lifted in the air. and Dark green eyes starred deep into his own as an ear shattering noise hit his ears. It seemed the beast was yelling at him. A war cry of some sort. He saw an opening and guessed it as the thing's mouth. He reached down with his hand and pulled the combat knife from it's sheath on his leg. The blade reflected a large green mass behind him but he didn't worry about it yet. He plunged the it's length deep within the opening that created the screaching yell. The alien dropped him at once and Hodge fell to the ground. He pulled his pistol out and emptied the clip at the figure. It fell the floor as the last one and didn't move.

Hodge scrambled for his rilfe again and spun around ready for the green mass that he had seen in the reflection of his blade. He leveled the sight to his eye and ready for any movement. He did not see the figure now but he knew something was there. He heard loud footsteps from the rocks. Something large was coming his way.....

A laser struck one of the humanoid in the chest making a huge hole, the other took of running at hydra.

"Hostile creature advancing" Sophia said.

Hydra reached for his battle rifle, and started firing. The shots went of in burst round of 3. All three round struck, but it was still charging him. It jumped at Hydra, but he side step it missing him by inches. Hydra dropped his rifle, and pulled out his combat chainsaw knife. He clicked it on and the blade started to swirl, the beast jumped and swing it arm at him, Hydra ducked under it then said step to the left swinging cutting deep within its flesh. It roar and charge out of anger, Hydra charged it also. They both collided but hydra drove the blade in its neck along with his shoulder in his chest. He pushed it off him and clicked his com.

"Hostile down..." Hydra HUD popped red dots closing in. "Tanker, more are closing in." Hydra started heading back to Tanker.

tanker nodded as he picked up his thumper from his back and put the laser back on. he ran to where hydra was and took aim. "sophinia increase image by five." he said as the hud zoomed even farther out. it took him a moment to see that it was a solder. "stand down those are solders not those things one of them is dead." he said as he turned his zoom and heat sensor off. "what where those things." he thought to himself as he walked up to the sorviving solder. "stand down we're allies." he said to the man.

Hodge stood ready for anything to come his way. He looked on through the sight of his gun wating for something to show. His finger twitched over the trigger. He held his breath as the suspense of the situation took its toll. He saw the green mass move again and an orange plated HUD came up on his Rifles sight. It was a Spartan, and a big one. He heard it shout out to him as it walked forward.."Stand down we're allies." . The Captain lowered his weapon and turned towards the battle ground behind him. Everything was quite at the moment. Craters and bullet holes scaterred the rpcks in the area. one of them covered in crimson. The blood of the Private, Keyes. He bent down on one knee and closed the soldiers eyes. letting him sleep in his death. It seemed that even the young were not spared in this war. Not now, not ever.

He stood up again and found the Spartan already at his side. He nodded to him and Spoke... " Welcome to the battle Spartan. Are you the only back-up they sent? We will need more than just you.. no offense. But these things are not like anything I have ever fought before. They don't go down easy" Hodge looked down at his rifle and then back at the motionless body of his comrad. He walked over to the dead alien and ripped his combat knife from it's flesh. He sheathed again and turned to face the large building that was about a mile out. He half turned towards the spartan and pointed to the structure. " Intel says that the structure ahead is a home base to these things. It holds a new weapon, something powerful. The Rings have nothing on this thing. We need to stop these things from using, and quick.".....

((OOC: Ok i don't know what plot line you had set up for this But i just sorta made on of my own. If you don't like it i will chage my post but yeah... ))

Welcome to the battle Spartan. Are you the only back-up they sent? We will need more than just you.. no offense. But these things are not like anything I have ever fought before. They don't go down easy.

Hydra looked on, "Indeed we are the only back-up along with a few other spartans. Not sure where they are now. I'm Staff Sergeant Hydra, and this is Sargent Tanker, Good to meet you?" Hydra looked on then a voice came threw his external speakers.

"Captain Hodge, I presume. I am the Artificial intelligences known as Sophia." She spoke out of turn yet again. "Don't give me that look hydra," she said.

"What look," he returned. "Anyway Captain we need to get moving, Sophia reported that there are more of them closing in. I think the best course of action is to head to the structure down there. From where we are looking at, we are out in the open and Sargent Tanker already said that we can sub come to sniper fire at any given time." He said and started heading to the structure.

[OOC: What i mean by AI is like mines is Sophia, she in my armor. I was asking if you had one or are you just hard link to Sophia. ]

"OORAH, SPARTAN 777 SEV's REPORTIN' FOR DUTY!"

As the spartan came rushing through the area with a rocket launcher on his back. He has a battle rifle on his back and a pistol on his hip. He slid the BR up to his hand sliding the Rocket launcher back aiming aroudn a bit and pulling the trigger. The bullet seemed to slightly be aimed at the spartans but zoomed by them hitting a grunt in the head. A moan came up and he knew it was dead. He smirked through his helmet and shouted out quite loudly. still smiling.

"Thats 34646 kills for me!"

He said in a rather annoying type of manner. He walked over to the spartans with his gun just pointed down away from them. He awaited for names and numbers.

Hydra looked at the obviously annoying new arrival. "I am Staff Sergeant Hydra, SPARTAN 254," he said.

We were just about to move out, He can introduce himself if he feels like it but right now we need to make haste to the structure ASAP. From what Sophia said it the best Defense we have then standing out here. Hydra started to walk off, he was not sure if the rest followed but it will be their bad if they didn't.

"Dammit, I'm late," a female breathed to herself. She was indeed- she was supposed to be meeting the Spartans quite a while ago. She was human, but she acted quite inhuman with her guns. Her ravenish locks spread around her, slightly covering both her face and her sight. She had a sniper rifle plastered onto her back, and a second-generation Magnum clipped onto her belt. However, the handgun was heavily modified, but whether or not that could be seen depended on the person. Only the most acute observers would be able to make out that the barrel had been modified slightly, and the most obvious change was the scope attached to the top of the gun. She spotted the group ahead of her, and smiled.

"Looks like I arrived just in time..." she mumbled. Her clothes were quite non-regulation, but she didn't care. It was what made her comfortable, and comfortablility made her shoot better. Her shirt showed most of her midriff, and was sleeveless, and had a few tears here and there, as if it had seen a bit of action. Her pants were slightly tight-fitting and had dark camo on them, barely recognizable. It was obvious they had seen some action, too, as they also had some tears here and there.

"Private Dahna Verelity reporting for duty!" she called out once she had reached them. She saw one of the spartans moving out, and decided to follow him- or was it a her? She didn't know, nor did she really care. All she wanted was to follow, sinec that's where the action would be. "If anyone wants to, I need a briefing on the mission. What's our objective?" she asked, clutching her sidearm.

Hydra responded but kept walking, "Welcome aboard private, I am Staff Sargent Hydra and this is-" his outside speaker snapped on, "I'll do the talking, you do the walking." Hydra sighed, "Fine," Sophia took over one again, "I am the AI, Sophia. That is SPARTAN 513 Tanker, The loud one is SPARTAN 777 Sev, And this is Captain Hodge. The current mission objective is to take that unknown structure ahead, we are not sure what we are going to find here. It seems to be a new enemy along side the Covenant and the Flood has made an appearance, it is unknown if they are working together but it seem non likely. There is a new weapon here and earth wants to be the first to find it, but this plant is uncharted on the astronomical map Therefore we have no idea what kinda life is here. Got all that Private?" Sophia asked her.

As Leia, Sev's AI, began talking to him she reported in rather quickly.

"Mission, report done!"
Sev looked over to her in his visor and said in a calm voice that soothed her,

"What, whats up?"
She replied quickly,

"Doing some research, I have discovered that in this structure is an ancient Forerunner militant ship and rather than this being a structure, this IS the ship. We need t-"

She was cut off, a sudden rumbling came from beneath the ground. Â Sev communicated his knowledge to the rest of the group.

"We have to get to the control room quick! Its taking off! I believe they have reached it before us. If the enemy gets this ship... We are going to lose the war, LETS MOVE!"
He rushed foreward towards a door leaving the group behind when it opened sending a blast of energy surging out. He threw down a bubble shield deflecting the blast upward. It slammed into the roof sending some rubble downward. It blocked most of the past between them.

"Ahh, Shit!"

He looked back at the group and said,

"Well, we gotta do what we gotta do! Find another way around."

He rushed through the door, firing his BR, picking off both flood and Covenant. He pushed forward and sent the back of his weapon at the head of an enemy, sending him back and down, He aimed the gun at its head and pulled the trigger sending a splash of blue liquid up. He jumped to the top of a structure, jumped from it landing in a crowd. His AI yelled,

"Watch your six!"

He pulled his Rocket launcher, and aimed it at the pack. He pulled the trigger and the the rocket hit the ground near him. It pushed him back a bot with some damage. He grunted andlooked at the decimated area in front and behind him. He had cleared the area, but the job was unfinished...
