It's in the hitokugutsu equibment. I'm assuming a device such as that to preserve life should go without saying. Do i put "clothes" in my character's inventories?

The equivalent for that to a normal human would be a god-like fruit that restores stamina.

The equivalent would be the fact they don't die when they run out of chakra. They still have a supposively infinite amount of spiritual energy that keep the spirit alive. Food and such are just petty things the flesh needs to be maintained.
