Between the jutsus, weapons, and what not, it would probably drain it's chakra battery thing quite fast and afterwards I assume it relies on the puppeteer's chakra.

Not really. If a shinobi runs out of chakra they aren't dead are they? And you're acting like this is all constantly active. Chakra Cannon is only a C rank jutsu, the blades run off a chakra storage crystal. And the wings aren't used too often >.>

I mean in general; she does have other jutsu, if I'm not mistaken.
Also, shinobi do not live off of chakra alone. They breathe air, eat food, have cells that form energy by themselves, etc. Puppets do not.

Don't you think there would be a back up cell that has chakra not ment for battle? Also, the spiritual energy still exists.

If spiritual energy could keep us alive nobody would be dead. I suppose there could be a backup cell, but you'd have to put that in the items area.
