Name: Riku Tensei (Miiru Tensei)

Appearance:Riku stands out quite a bit from other people. His face is smooth and calm, though it doesn't have the warming and cute appearance you are probably imagining. Instead, his face is filled with a dark but shy presence. His teeth are unnaturally pointed, giving him an almost menacing appearance. His lips have 2 black rings on his lower lip, one on each side forming Snake-Bite piercings. His skin is a rather pale color, though in more of a Vampire way than a sick looking way. Starting from under his chin (not on his chin) and going down his neck are black pointed lines, the points ending near the bottom of the neck.

His upper half wears a zip-up black hoodie. The collar of the hoodie and the bottom edge are outlined with a bit of white fur at the edge. The jacket is open, showing a black and white stripped shirt which is slightly loose on him. Upon the back of the hoodie is the Japanese Kanji for Zetsubou no Kami, or God of Despair in white. The bottom of the hoodie along with the sides of the sleeves are lined with a white tribal print. The right side of the front has katakana going downwards that reads "Riku in Despair." Upon his left hand, he wears a fingerless glove that is striped black and dark grey while his write hand holds silver rings on his thumb, index, middle, and ring fingers. His black nails never seem to chip as if it wasn't nail polish, but rather the original color of his nails. Upon the back of his right hand is a dark red tattoo with the Japanese Kanji for Shini, or Death.

His lower half wears a pair of baggy black pants. They are slightly big, but they seem to have been made this way. The sides of the pants above the knee have pockets, along with the usual pockets at the hips. Starting about 2 inches above the knee and ending right below the knee, the pants are purposely cut open. Black stitches forming Xs go over these areas, but it is obvious that they were not placed there to close the open part of the pants, but rather to decorate them. Around his waste is a black and white checkered studded belt. Starting from his right hip and hanging down over to the left is a white belt with black studds. Starting from his left hip and hanging over to his right is an identical belt, forming an X with the first. His feet wear white shoes. The soles and bottom edge of the sides are black while the top is white. The edge of the top is oultined with a black and white checker print. The shoes have two straps with buckles rather than laces. These buckles are white and have silver studds going across them.

Personality: Very calm and quiet. Keeps to himself mostly. The kind of person most people would call "emo" He tends to sit in the back of rooms or wherever they are and stare out windows and not really talk to anyone. When Riku does talk or show his true personality, he is very unstable. He is sadistic, crazed, slightly masochistic, and even a little Schizophrenic. He kills without remorse or even changing the expression on his face. In battle, he is cold, rutheless, and powerful. A perfect war machine.

Special Abilities:

Name: Ukojizai no Jutsu - Fierce Raining at Will
Requirements: Must be trained as a 4-point Kinjutsu
Description: This technique creates a strong downpour of rain over a target area. This rain has the ability to sense the chakra and its amount of anyone and everyone it touches. While it may cover a very large area of dozens of square miles, this ability does not detect the location of the people it senses, only their power and approximate distance to them.

Name: Kusari to Teashi (Chain and Limb)
Requirements: Some sort of chain weapon
Description: The user's chakra flows freely through chains being used as weapons. The user can then manipulate these chains as freely as a cat moves its tail. The farther any part of the chain is, the more strenuous it is for the user to manipulate it.

Name: Chakra manipulation
Requirements: Tensei Clan member
Description: Riku's chakra is a deep dark purple. Riku eventually learned that he can shape his chakra into "weapons" attached to him. EX: Focusing the chakra around the arm to make the arm much like a blade. The strength/power of the weapons is about 70% that of a real version of the weapon, though this ability is much easier than carrying around all those weapons.

Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique similar to Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique], for these clones cannot attack by themselves. Whether or not they are made out of mist is hard to tell, but they are immaterial and will disperse when attacked.

Kirigakure no Jutsu [Hidden Mist Technique]

Requirements: None
Description: A ninjutsu technique that covers the area surrounding the user completely in mist. Once used, there's practically no visibility within the area of this jutsu for both the user and their enemy. This is a perfect situation for someone who trains in the art of silent killing.

Name: Suiton: Mizu no Muchi - Whip of Water
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Requirements: None
Description: This ninjutsu technique creates a whip made of water which functions just like a normal whip would. Once created, it takes a little additional chakra to adjust its length, but it can't be longer than fifteen and shorter than three feet long. While useful with the right skill, this technique may be easier to defeat than an actual whip.

Description: The Tensei Clan member's weapon becomes like water, moving very fluid, swift, and even creates small amounts of water when attacking. It also drips water when stationalry. The metal also freezes. Making it very cold and sometimes numbing for the opponent.

Background:
Riku was raised by his older brother. His father had become crazed and killed his mother. He then attempted to kill Riku, but his older brother, Hikaru saved him. Injured, Riku's father fled and wasn't seen again. Riku wants revenge for what his father did, and has been searching for his father since he was 13. Due to this, Riku did not go to a ninja school, causing him to be a 17 year old Genin. Though Riku was born and raised in the Mist village, his parents were actually born and raised in the Leaf village. Riku may have fire chakra because of this, though it is unknown at this moment. Riku's brother is currently a traveling shinobi who is home almost never. Riku and Hikaru's relationship used to be extremely close, though has recently started to weaken. Riku feels that his brother might be hiding something from him about his past, and Riku ios determined to find out.

When Riku turned 17, he was promoted to the title of Chuunin and now leads a Genin team as their Sensei.

I'll do it:

1.Race refers to White, black asian, etc
2.Ethnicity refers to Fire country, Water country, etc
3.Onlty Leaf, Sand, Sound, Mist and Stone village are available
4.You can't put a clan bloodline unles you made your own custom clan which has to be approved
5.You can have a main and secondary fighting style (choices are:Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Ijutsu and Puppetry)[see more in the library]
6.More specific on Personality
7.WAY deeper background
8.Starting level/rank: E-Rank genin
9.Only jutsus you start out with are Bushin Kawarimi and Henge
10.Special abilities are seperate from bloodlines and like bloodlines must be approved by an admin
11.You start with one element and Ice isn't one of the choices(Fire, Water, Earth, Lightning and Wind)

you do not start with Mizu Bunshin, just normal Bunshin.

there is no such thing as Mizu Kawarimi. It's just Kawarimi.

Because the ones that we havbe are the only ones we are using, and it'd be pretty hard to establish a new village out of thin air. You can only use those five.
