The Tsuba is constructed of a combination of the Norimune clan material; Seion, along with a material unique to the norimune clan, Seion. The blade is constructed entirely out of Seion. The scabard is constructed of Seion and the hilt wrapped within blackened wrapping. The special ability to this sword is the power to create a barrier of the user's own chakra to reject chakra-based attacks from around it, however that power is not only limited, but it also drains the user. It is limited to: A-Rank - 3; B-Rank ~ 6; C-D Rank ~ 12. Once the barrier around it has been expended, it needs to be recharged, a process that takes two days.

Personality: Katsuo is a very nice and wise lad. He thinks before he does almost anything, only the most craziest of things could cause him to not think before acting. He's very nice and kind, helping others. He's lived through the shinobi world and knows what it can be like. Because of that he knows the fate of most shinobi, trying to stop it from his villagers and the ones he care, he tries to stop death itself from them. He can be serious also, dealing with many things can not be dealt with smiles, it needs you to be serious.

S-Rank target gets stunned two turns, but so is his mind so he can't think. SS-Rank target gets stunned three turns and can't think the first two of them.

This is used for entertainment, but also jutsu that will later be made.

Although it uses the same release function, a person can manipulate the chakra in different ways and form their own extensions of the Limit. An alternate version can be applied to the hands and feet but it is slightly weaker and it's applications can only come in Hand-to-Hand combat.

This technique can only be used when there's sufficient water around.

Description: After the user makes the required hand seals, they will start releasing chakra from their body. This technique requires something to set the oil on fire to be of any use.

Description: The user thrusts their weapon into the ground, channelling chakra into it at a steady rate. Lightning reaches out through the ground up to fifty feet away and erupts in dozens of bolts, surrounding an area and trapping anyone inside. Coming within six inches will cause the bolts to strike out and throw the offender back up to five feet. The cage is 10-25 feet in diameter, and requires a moderate, steady flow of chakra to maintain, so the user can not move away from the weapon, and only those of S-rank or higher have the skill to maintain contact with other than their hands and use other ninjutsu. Someone of A-rank or higher with Lightning chakra as their main element can break it after 1/4 of the duration has passed, and those with other elements after 1/2 the duration. Breaking it takes a moderate amount of chakra.

Requirements: A large supply of water or double amount of chakra used
Description: This techniques creates a large water vortex that moves forward at a high speed. The water makes a strong impact and washes away the opponent and many objects that might get in the way. If you are drawn into this vortex, the force of the flow and rotation will make it almost impossible to escape. While this technique can easily drown an opponent, it is not very useful because it can only be used either in a place where there is a lot of water or by spending more chakra than it's really worth.

Description: This jutsu is like 'five eating sharks' jutsu, but instead there are five eating electric eels. The user brings there hand down and extends their fingertips to touch the water. Five 'eel' shaped pieces of water come out, but they are electrified with the user's raiton chakra. If the enemy gets touched by the eels and are shocked, they will be paralyzed one post for every shock. This is mainly used when the opponent is under water, but the eels can reach the target if they're at least close to it.

Description: This water-based ninjutsu does not require any hand seals to be used. The user will slam their foot or fist into the ground and cause water to rise up, even if they are in an area with no natural water. The user can then launch jets of water, which can be controlled by the movement of one's hands and have enough power to cut through rock, from that position. Controlling the water constantly takes away a bit of chakra, and the user will have to perform the technique again if they change position.

Katsuo was raised in Konoha, into a family of Norimune. They trained him up until he was five years old to use a sword. They didn't restrain from giving him a real tanto from the start of his training. He was smart enough at the time to not eat it or kill himself and instead, actually trained. When he turned ten his parents died of murder, well in battle. Katsuo was left alone, but instead of crying like most would he trained. He trained to overcome his parents and uphold the legacy of the Norimune bloodline. He passed the academy in soaring grades Excelling in ninjutsu and taijutsu, but below average in genjutsu. He trained himself to turn away from fear and tries to not fear anything, this failed but he has yet to find what he does fear.
He became chuunin at a young age of 14 and still trains to become better and hopefully become jounin. He became Chuunin by beating Hountan another genin from konoha easily. Later Hountan ran away and killed himself. Katsuo had tried to talk sense into him, but he didn't listen.
Katsuo had met a man in Iwagkaure after exploring just for the heck of it. His name was Yasuo Amano back then, he had heard him playing a trumpet he had made using his newly made skill and come to find what it was. They had a spar out of boredom and ended up destroying the forest. Yasuo had ended up winning the spar by a special trick up his sleeve, a genjutsu to be exact, but had helped him back up after winning. He had then went back to Konoha and trained to have better chances in the upcoming jounin exams. he ended up going and entered a battle, his partner a young girl named Ayame, but ended battling her after their two opponents leaving or something. He ended up winning by default when it looked like Ayame had no chances left. He then thought he'd give his friend Yasuo another visit, after all the exams were in Iwagakure. They had one more spar, this time ending in a stalemate. Now Katsuo is heading back to his home of Konoha, what more adventures could await?
After arriving home to Konoha he discovered a scroll containing Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. However he put that to the back of his mind, instead challenging Ukyo for the Kage's title. He lost, and wasn't heard of for a while. Then he came back, meeting a strange individual named Mist. He had been training in some Raiton techniques. Katsuo followed mist under the alias, 'Shiroi Naito', the 'White knight'. Mist then invited to join Fairy Tail, a organization to bring peace to our world. He soon persuaded him, and Mist had Katsuo in his newly found group. They then headed to Kirigakure, taking a quick mission for some money. Only then they headed into the village, challenging Tai for the title of mizukage. However Tai was gone, and Katsuo picked up the title. Now he is the mizukage, with dreams od world peace and saving his villagers and friends, his family, his 'children', from the cruel fate of a shinobi. _________________
