First of all, he's from Kirigakure, secondly, he doesn't need to edit the title. But he's right, you should have a few lines of appearance just for generality. Just put clothing and weapon placement if you can't think of anything.

My mistake. But I'm pretty sure he has to change the title. At least, its what the template says... Or am I going to much by the template. Or is the template different for re-vamped characters.

Correct. You'll get 10 TP for every D rank jutsu and 20 for every C rank jutsu you have to remove.

Ok, so the old techniques that I have to get rid of are:

Crushing Fist: C-Rank
Dynamic Entry: D-Rank
Body Oxygen Technique: D-Rank
Blood Coagulation: D-Rank
Medical Bandage Technique: D-Rank
Poison Extraction: D-Rank
Central Nervous System Shock: C-Rank

TP= 90

I also had water walking but Im still not sure about that one casue the ranking has been raised.
