You think I should lower the range? And it's not like it harms the physical enviroment, either. The user can get hurt by it too, if pushed out of the small "eye" that's created.

Well, it is an AoE jutsu that can hardly be protected against. Usually, it's either one or the other. Then again, it does use up all the chakra, so I guess it's fine.
