Bloodline Name: Tenki-tenshi
Clan Name: Shiatamme
Leader: Kigenso Shiatamme (Original Leader) Current Leader: Genso Shiatamme
Village: Kirigakure, originally. Now pretty much every village.

Clan Description:

This clan was a very closed clan back when it was first formed in Krigakure. So much so that everyone wondered what they were doing. What they were doing at that time was researching the ways of chakra and elements, for they found they were especially adept at it. They kept refining their techniques, and each new generation of pure-bloods kept getting stronger.

The only time someone saw anybody from that clan was on a quest, or when they were doing necessary shopping. However, a reformer arose to be leader, and changed the policy, little by little. At first, they let people stroll around the courtyards. Then they allowed them to know the jutsus. Then came the allowance to be married outside the clan. Still, all that was inside Krigakure. They held the old rules for outsiders. Then, yet another reformer came along and changed even that. Now, the clan has members in many lands. However, that also meant that so-called "pure bloods" were getting fewer and fewer. Until around several years ago, they felt threatened by the Mizukage, and sent off two of their most promising pure bloods off to another land. They hoped that there, they would find more peace.

Clan Traits/Characteristics: Because of events in the past, their looks are widely dispersed, although most have been indentified as being "short." Also, the female member's eyes tend to hold a calmness in them, even when angered. Any member in the clan has a star-shaped mark somewhere on their body, most likely on the back of their right hand, or on their forehead, although they have been found in other places. The star itself is a five-pointed "line-star," or the ones that people make going criss-cross other lines.

Clan Personality: Like the Characteristics, the personalities are also widely dispersed, although more often than not, they're kind and caring. Instead of using the "normal" chakra gathering hand seal, they hold their right pinky perpendicular to their left pointer finger and left middle finger, which are on either side of the pinky. The pinky is horizantal, while the pointer finger and middle finger are vertical.

Bloodline Description: The bloodline allows multiple elements to be combined faster than usual, although at a cost of more chakra. The bloodline takes the teachings of chakra and pushes them one more step, enabling the ones with the bloodline to control one more element than they would normally be able to. The bloodline forces the brain to open another part that would normally be closed, and allows the extra element to be learned and utilized.

Bloodline limits:

Also, the bloodline allows a second "minor" element. The member has a second element, but can only use jutsu's from their rank or lower. So a E-Ranked Genin can only use E-ranked jutsu from their minor element. Likewise, a C-ranked Chuunin could use C-rank, D-rank, and E-ranked jutsus from their minor element. When the member reaches Jounin, the minor element takes over as a second "major" element, and they get to choose another "minor element", but they start out with only being able to use E-ranked jutsu's in that element. To get it up, they'd have to train with that element to be able to raise the rank of the jutsu's able to be learned (in a jutsu-style training method). They need to learn it as a jutsu of their rank, or if they want to train it as Kinjutsu, they use the rank lower. They cannot raise it up past their own rank. The same would apply when getting a third "major" element. Also, having the "minor" element allows a member to know a ranked jutsu, up to their "minor" element's rank, that use their "major" element and "minor" element combined. It is required to put what level jutsu's you can use with your minor element after it, i.e. Fuuton (Minor) (E-Rank).

Description: This is a jutsu based off of theories from the Shiatamme clan. This jutsu uses no hand seals, but requires chakra to maintain. This particular "fist" uses the Water Chakra residing in oneself to make a type of aura surround the user. While in effect, the user will gain slight speed boost as well as slight power increase. Depending on the rank of the user, more chakra will be needed due to chakra leekage. At E-rank, the jutsu lasts about 1 posts before chakra will be depleted. D/C- two posts B/A- Three posts, S/SS- four posts

Name: White Fist
Type: Nin/Tai
Rank: C
Requirements: Shiatamme Clan, or taught by a member.
Description: This is a jutsu based off of theories from the Shiatamme clan. This jutsu uses no hand seals, but requires chakra to maintain. This particular fist uses the Water Chakra residing in oneself, combined with Wind to make Ice to make an aura surround the user. While in effect, the user will gain a slight power increase. It also will freeze slightly upon impact with an object, depending on the amount of chakra used in the attack. Depending on the rank of the user, more chakra will be needed due to chakra leekage. At E-rank, the jutsu lasts about 1 posts before chakra will be depleted. D/C- two posts B/A- Three posts, S/SS- four posts

Name: Red Fist
Type: Nin/Tai
Rank: C

Description: This is a jutsu based off of theories from the Shiatamme clan. This jutsu uses no hand seals, but requires chakra to maintain. This particular fist uses the Fire Chakra residing in oneself, making an aura surround the user.While in effect, the user will gain a slight power increase, with a chance to burn if it hits bare skin. Depending on the rank of the user, more chakra will be needed due to chakra leekage. At E-rank, the jutsu lasts about 1 posts before chakra will be depleted. D/C- two posts B/A- Three posts, S/SS- four posts

Name: Brown Fist
Type: Nin/Tai

Description: This is a jutsu based off of theories from the Shiatamme clan. This jutsu uses no hand seals, but requires chakra to maintain. This particular fist uses the Earth Chakra residing in oneself to make an aura surround the user. While in effect, the user will gain a slight defense and power increase. Depending on the rank of the user, more chakra will be needed due to chakra leekage. At E-rank, the jutsu lasts about 1 posts before chakra will be depleted. D/C- two posts B/A- Three posts, S/SS- four posts

Name: Elemental Weapon
Type: Nin
Rank: D
Requirements: Shiatamme Clan, weapon besides fists
Description: This is a basic jutsu taught by the Shiatammes. It's actually more of an inborn ability, so a Shiatamme Clan member that had no contact with one who knew this already could, in theory, learn this technique. This takes the Shiatamme's connection with their element to pour it into a weapon that they are holding. This lasts as long as the user has chakra to maintain it, or until they release the jutsu. Once the member gets to D-rank, and depending on the element, it could be used offensively by sending the chakra down an opponents weapon.

Name: Elemental Assault
Type: Nin
Rank: B
Requirements: Shiatamme Clan, Jounin or higher
Description: This jutsu takes the two elements that are within the member's body and shoots it out in a cone-shaped formation. This uses a lot of chakra, since it needs to combine quickly, and a Jounin at rank B could only use this technique four times in succession beofre TOTAL exertion of chakra. Meaning they die. Using it twice in succesion will lead to severe drain, rendering them motionless for one minute. Using it three times in succesion will lead to fainting, from which the memeber will not wake up for several days. This ability can be used up to six times a day, if not used in succesion.

Name: Rapid-fire Element
Type: Nin
Rank: D
Requirements: Shiatamme Clan
Description: This jutsu requires only one handseal, the one to the element the user wants. For the best results, the user will generally choose one of their elements. What this is is a very small chakra ball filled with elemental power, and can be fired off in rapid succesion, or be charged up for a semi-strong bigger ball. This is not a Rasengan technique, but more of a release of chakra. The chakra in the ball is wild, so it has a chance of dissipating and wasting the chakra used. It also bleeds chakra when it is held for a charge. To use this in rapid succesion, one would need a good chakra pool, in order to keep using the chakra balls. At B-rank, the ball is a little more stable, but it still has some chakra bleed.

Name: Elemental Downfall
Type: Nin
Rank: S
Requirements: Shiatamme Clan
Description: This jutsu uses a lot of the elemental chakra residing inside the user. The user will first gather all the elemental chakra he/she can muster without fainting, and shooting up into the air from their person, without moving their hands. The effect is that it looks like a beam is being shot straight up from the user. The chakra will spread from that spot, until the user has run out of chakra, and a small "eye" will be made in the center, where nothing will happen. Around that eye, it will look like as if a storm is coming, but instead of clouds, its pure elemental chakra. From that point, the chakra will sit there, and wait until the user makes some sort of guesture downwards, whether it be with the head or the hands. The chakra will then begin to fall in pieces, like a heavy rain. The drops that fall are pointed, and can cut through most things. The effect only lasts until the chakra the user put into the sky runs out. The downsides are that the user usually has no chakra to move with after using this move, and that the enemy can easily dodge the attack if they get into the "eye". If the enemy gets caught outside, they usually will get hit by at least one or two drops, but if they are fast enough, they could dodge the majority of them. Usually used to take down a group of lesser-experienced shinobi. This attack will also hurt friends and the user if they move into the effected area.

Name: Elemental Sphere
Type: Nin
Rank: B (Kin)
Description:
It's simple really. A combination of two elements, the "major" and "minor" elements of the member, that forms into a single sphere. The two elements are NOT combined physically. They're still seperate, and move around eachother in a sphere. This ball can be shot out, in a motion like throwing, or slammed into an enemy like Rasengan or Chidori. This takes a LOT of chakra, and is mainly reserved as a last-ditch move.

Well, most ones in the show are, right? I'm trying not to make my clan over-powered, because it's power is pretty strong... and is it okay if it makes the member have an extra element? I'm expecting no, but it never hurts to ask.

It's still WIP, and giving up without trying is pointless. So yes. Also, about most bloodlines being basically one jutsu: that may be so, but the jutsu is either damn powerful or has many different uses.

Yes, it is "damn powerful" if you read it. It's basically like Chidori or Rasengan, except mixing in two elements, and it can be fired off, instead of only being held in the hand. The drawback is chakra expendeture.
