Although the Naruto gang is higher than Genin, they are still LOWER than Chuunin, but can use C-Ranked Jutsu.

BJoker1, you do realise that neji was easily at a chuunin level when he used those moves right? Hinata recieved special training and could not even attempt those.
Hinata was able to make her own absolute defense, she didn't need the spin.
