Description: This jutsu closes off sixty-four specific chakra points on an opponent's body, effectively eliminating their ability to use chakra for quite some time and making it quite difficult for them to move. It begins with two heavy strikes, followed by four more, then eight, then sixteen, then thirty-two, and finally sixty-four strikes.

Technically these jutsus aren't the Hyuuga's jutsu. It is Neji's own jutsus, however I suppose your not wrong in any way for posting them. Also people in Naruto are special. Just because Neji can use the spin at genin doesn't mean you can. (Even though he invented the technique) You don't see genin using Chidori, or Rasengan do you? _________________

I was thinking the eight triagrams should be a kinjutsu. I mean sealing up chakra points alone is extremely dangerous, but it causes damage too. _________________
