OK, you wouldn't like the style.... Lolz.... And I've used replaced lower ranking jutsu with higher rank before. Just no kinjutsu, it's fair if you look at it as the same amount of training. Ah well, it was worth an ask.

I didn't really look at this RPC when it was first created, but two questions:
1. Is this RPC a Human Puppet? I ask because it sounds like she is, on that you have "Age: 16 at time of death".
2. Did this RPC, before or now, have the above implant? If not, then I'm going to say "No" to it right now. If it did, I'd like to see proof as to how they got it.
