It varies, and can be quit a bit. Is it alright if I use the TP gained to "purchase" jutsu to add right to the profile? For instance, paying the amount of TP for an A rank to get Force Field A?

No, because TP can't reduce post counts past one. And it's TP equivalent to teaching a jutsu, not how much you would lose if you spent TP learning it.

That's for teaching a B rank. For me to learn a B rank technique (ignoring the post thingy) I'd need 60 TP, which is another reason to let me go ahead and trade techniques base off of TP costs, cause if I just take the TP I'll end up with more in the end.
