Appearance: She has orange hair which she normal leaves in a semi long"boycut" style. She tends to wear leather outfit that are either grey or black, and may or may not be fully body. She wears cargo shorts or capris and simple t-shirts when being 'casual'. Occasionally she wears the standard Jounin uniform. No matter what she's wearing, her trademark tattered gray cloak is normally worn above the clothing. Her headband is tied around her left arm. Her hair is worn in a short 'boy cut' type style. Although she tends to like working with her hands, she has a tone body as result of strenous physical training. Her eyes are a bit wide, but she nomal has them narrowed in a sardonic glare.

Personality: She's a very blunt person, often speaking her opinion or pointing out things. Though her personality may come off rude, she's really a caring person inside. Ever since she became a hitokugutsu her rudeness left room for depression and she doesn't care as much as she once used to. Nonetheless, she continues about her normal life, as normal as it can be when you are pretty much dead.

  • Name: Rave Stones
    Requirements: 3 Points for each Stone except Destiny which is 6 Points of training, Must Learn In Order.
    Description: These stones are what gives the Decaforce it's powers. You must train with them as a jutsu of equal rank in order to unlock their powers and it will take up a slot for each stone. They must remain in your possession for you to gain their powers. If you lose the stones, you do not regain any of those slots. The stones are scattered so you'll most likely have to search for them, although Rave Prime is in the Decaforce already.

    Rave Prime - This stone has to be placed into the Decaforce in order to unlock it's transformation abilities. It slightly improves the physical attributes of the wielder. It allows the user to use the Explosion and Silpharion.

    Rave of Conflict - The physical attributes are improved further and the user can create weak force fields. The damage from physical hits and C or lower non kinjutsu taijutsu is negated. This is only from one blow however, and anything stronger will be weakened but still hit you. You can project this field to an ally 10 feet from you and it takes up a moderate amount of chakra. You must be gripping the Rave and giving it chakra to activate a field. These fields shouldn't be depended on in a serious fight, do to the weak nature of them. This unlocks Runesave, Blue Crimson and Mel Force.

    Requirements: 4 Training Points Per Stone, Proper Stone Unlocked, A rank
    Description: After having the Rave Stones and using their abilities for so long, they start to influence body with the energy running through them. This naturally enhances the physical abilities of the person, hence the boost the stones provide. However, only one who truly uses the weapon to it's full potential can find it's latent powers.
    You have to train the main aspect of each stone's abilities to upgrade each form it unlocked powers by one rank. The form may or may not change appearance. Additionally, each stone that gets fully unlocked provides some sort of ability that's an extension of it's original use.

    Rave Prime - Power surges through your body, albeit subtly, gaining you a Strength, Speed and Agility boost of 20%.

Name: Byakugan
Requirements: 4-point kinjutsu training; admin permission and 3-point kinjutsu training for mastery
Description: The widely known technique, Byakugan is a doujutsu with an unmatched level of vision. When activated, it allows the user to see in every direction at the same time, with only a small blind spot at some angle above their back. More than that, it allows one to scan wide areas by letting them see through objects and over a distance of up to ten miles. Finally, they can detect chakra even better than the Sharingan, capable of seeing even the chakra circulatory system of living creatures. However, Byakugan does not have the Sharingan's ability to detect and anticipate high-speed movement.
While the Byakugan only has one stage, the level of power between its general level and that which only a few can achieve is vast. Generally, mastering this doujutsu yields all the same powers to a clan member, with only one tiny difference, which creates a large gap in power as a result. This difference is the ability to see tenketsu, special regulatory points in one's chakra circulatory system. By attacking these points with Jyuuken, the Hyuuga can affect the flow of chakra in their opponent's body without limit. With that said, they cannot be attacked without being able to see them, which is the reason why two Hyuugas of the same average skill level can have entirely different combat power.

  • Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: E (Basic)
    Requirements: None
    Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
    This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.


  • Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: E (Basic)
    Requirements: None
    Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.


  • Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: E (Basic)
    Requirements: None
    Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.


  • Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: C
    Requirements: None
    Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.


  • Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: B
    Requirements: Kinobori
    Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

    Description: This is the very basic technique for all puppet users, it is what allows one to control a puppet by using chakra strings. The amount and complexity of the puppets one can use depend entirely on their skill, and the techniques they can use depend entirely on their puppets


  2. Name: Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: D
    Requirements: None
    Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. While it may seem like the user simply appeared or disappeared, the technique is actually a momentary increase in movement speed towards a set location.


  3. Name: Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu - Mole Hiding Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: D
    Requirements: None
    Description: This earth element ninjutsu lets the user hide underground for extended periods of time. A shinobi using this technique can also move about, which may allow for an escape, surprise attack or something else. However, a skilled opponent may be able to detect the user by sound, vibrations or other, less conventional means.

  1. Name: Hardening
    Type: Ninjutsu (Puppeteer)
    Rank: C
    Requirements: Target Puppet has to have had special chemical treatment on parts you wish to use this on.
    Description: This jutsu make none metallic objects momentarily hard as metal. This is long enough to defend from an attack, or make a weapon hit harder. The hardness depends on the chakra put in, but it on a basic level it's strong as steel. An A ranked or higher shinobi may choose to put a steady circulation into the part they're hardening so it will remain that way. This saves chakra in the long run, but may be a waste for rather quick battles.


  2. Name: Dark Beam / Entangler / Darkburst
    Type: Ninjutsu or Puppet
    Rank: C/B/A
    Requirements: Chakra Canon or Telekinesis Lv. 2, Taught By Dharma or documents from her lab
    Description: An unusual alteration to her chakra canon jutsu that uses some strange form of darkness to attack an opponent. It has various uses, but must be mastered in it's base form before you can move to the next level. It's next form is learned as a higher ranked jutsu, but takes half the time to learn. Each form require more chakra than the last, although a weaker form can always be used.

    Dark Beam - This shoots closely grouped flattened disks of dark goo, trailed by dark energy and globular emanations. It does nothing in this form except for damage.

    Entangler - When upgraded, the disks of dark goo grow larger and come together. A target hit by this will be encased in the goo, as it will harden upon contact. The enemy will be held in place for two posts, and anything coming into contact with them before their next post will be engulfed and held as well. Because it is dark and hardened around the target, they are immune to physical attacks below S rank and genjutsu. Ninjutsu damage is also reduced.

    Darkburst - The strongest variation, and uses a large amount of chakra to pull off. A single glob of darkness is shoot and when it hits and enemy it creates a temporary dimensional rift. This rift is highly cause a high amount of damage resulting from pressure, but only fully effects one person. Anyone near the primary target will feel pulled in slightly and take a minor amount of damage. If it kills them it makes the body disappear completely. This blast isn't as fast as the other uses of Dark Beam.


  3. Name: Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu - Double Suicide Decapitation Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: C
    Requirements: None
    Description: A ninjutsu used to trap the opponent in the ground. The user must first get underground and directly below the target, after which they will pull the enemy into the ground so that only their head remains overground as they emerge on the surface. The collapsing ground will effectively block the victim's movement as they fall into the hole, so it will take them some time to escape, if they are able to on their own at all. This jutsu can be used to pull an opponent underground completely, but in that case a firm layer of earth or rock will not be created around the target's body and they will be able to escape much easier.

  4. Name: Force Field
    Type: Puppet
    Rank: C / B / A / S
    Requirements: Kugutsu no Jutsu, Appropriate puppet accessories
    Description: The puppet projects a force field that negate any none kinjutsu attack of the rank of field itself around it's body. Additionally, these fields are designed for ramming attacks and can be used to counter physical attacks. For additional chakra cost, you can add an elemental attribute to the field which affects the defense/offense accordingly.
    Note: You only need to make a number of posts equal to the difference between learning the next level and your current level of this technique for your rank. However, you may skip a lower level if your rank/skill allows you to.



B Rank:

  1. Name: Izuna Drop
    Type: Taijutsu
    Rank: B
    Requirements: Good Physical Stamina
    Description: This is the gateless variation of the Lotus technique. After launching an opponent into the air, or snagging them while in midair, you grab them from behind. Using a special boosting techinque you bring them higher into the air while flipping them upside down. You then use your momentum to spin them into the ground. If you are an A ranked or higher shinobi, a 5 foot shockwave spreads from the impact that can possibly hit people at or near the impact point. Afterwards you flip gracefully and land up to 8  feet away. This spin is slower than the actual Lotus since you are using momentum and no chakra until impact. While this does no damage to you from the impact, the manuevering it requires strains your muscles. As a result you should wait about 3 posts between uses, or hurt yourself.
    Option: Combination Taijutsu and Ninjutsu (or vice versa) users with the wind release can learn this as an A ranked Taijutsu/ Ninjutsu. If they do, the initial height boost and spinning rate greatly increases. The wind spreads in the shockwave. This is known as the Shinkuu Izuna.
    Taijutsu / Ninjutsu users with Lightning as a release can learn it as an A rank as well. In this variation the move is pulled off much quicker, the opponent is hit with a surge of lightning when slammed, and thunder momentarily deafens them. The lightning spreads in the shockwave. The thunder may be suppressed, but of course won't deafen (useful for more convert take downs). This is known as Izuna Sandaa.
    Either variation can be used as the weaker version.


  2. Name: Puppet Programming Technique
    Type: Puppet
    Rank: B
    Requirements: Kugutsu no Jutsu, Learned From Dharma, Chakra Storage Crystal in puppet
    Description: Using a special type of scroll, you can make a preset of directions for a puppet to follow. This orders must be simple and under ten words. It will either return to the owner after it carries out the orders, or will repeat the orders over and over if they have no clear ending to them. The puppet will of course stop working when it's chakra storage crystal is depleted.


  3. Name: Chakra Cannon / Wide Beam / Yamato Cannon
    Type: Puppet
    Rank: C / B / A
    Requirements: Kugutsu no Jutsu, Chakra Storage Crystal, Appropriate puppet accessories
    Description: This focuses the chakra of a small or medium sized crystal in a strong beam of energy. The seperate cannons have their on individual crystals and they can be charged through your chakra strings after each use. You can use any amount of chakra stored in the crystal, but normally this is uses all of it. Also, more than one crystal made be attached to the cannon for purposes of energy for ammo.

    Wide Cannon - The beam is wide as the puppet or even wider, but the ranged is shortened. The beam is more powerful as well, taking a appropriate amount of chakra. Even if you opt not to use a wide beam, Chakra Cannon's strength is still improved.

    Yamato Cannon - This is one or two very large cannons, only wielded by large puppets. It concentrates the chakra from it's crystal or crystals to the utmost and let's out a mighty blast. The crystals are very large or set up in a special array near the cannon. You must wait until your next post before firing this weapon. This jutsu can only be used three times a battle, two if the crystals aren't precharged. The range of the beam is also pretty impressive, giving to the name of the cannon.


  4. Name: Light Beam / Homing Ray /Sunburst
    Type: Ninjutsu or Puppet
    Rank: C/B/A
    Requirements: Chakra Canon or Telekinesis Lv. 2, Taught By Dharma or documents from her lab
    Description: Modifing her charka cannon to magnify light, Dharma has made it into a deadly weapon. It has different uses, but must be mastered in it's base form you can move to it's next level. It's next form is learned as a higher ranked jutsu, but takes half the time to learn. Each form require more chakra than the last, although a weaker form can always be used. Due to the lack of it's side effect's potential, it deals more damage then the Dark Beam.

    Light Beam - Focusing light into the cannon, a beam of light is then fired. This beam deal good damage and may set things on fire.

    Homing Ray - The upgraded Light Beam fires a volley of fast, mildly-homing spherical projectiles which stay closely together. They can only turn a total of 45 degrees, cannot make sharp turns, and can never turn back once passing a target. A quick turn will get you away from them.

    Sunburst - Using a large amount of chakra, you focus light into a small sphere. Once this sphere hits an enemy, it enlarges into a 15 foot sphere that continues to move slowly before disappearing 3 posts later. This light sphere does a large amount of damage to anything it hits.


  5. Name: Puppet Minion Technique
    Type: Puppet
    Rank: C (Kin) 1-3 feet tall / B (Kin) 4-6 tall / A (Kin) 7-9 / S (Kin) 10-20 tall
    Requirements: Kugutsu no Jutsu, Chakra Storage Crystal, Puppet Programming Technique, Something to seal into the puppet, Learned from Dharma
    Description: As noted above the rank of this jutsu depends on the height, or rather the longest dimension of the puppet used. This imbues the puppet with it's own life using a combination of special alchemy and sealing techniques. Those truly schizo may choosed to take a part of themselves and put it into the puppet, giving themselves relief from there insanity. Others may have some sort of spiritual companion that has no other way to communicate with others. You could also use this to seal the soul of dying (still able to move in some way, not already dead)and willing ally. Either way, this puppet now runs off a combination of your own chakra through chakra strings and it's own storage crystal.

    It can leech your other puppets energy crystals, with your permission of course. It can move freely within the distance of your chakra strings, using the strings that connect it to you to move itself. This puppet can have weapons, but normally has mostly good armor since the puppeteer is likely to be emotionally attached to it. It can use it's storage crystal and leave your side for a while, of course. This is by no means a shortcut to Hitokugutsu, any jutsu it knew before entering the body is lost. It can also rebel and run away, leeching the chakra off of other puppets and learning the chakra absorbtion technique.

    It can do Henge, Bunshin and Kawarimi (good luck finding a large enough object for the S rank one) as well as walk (if it can walk) on the same surfaces the shinobi can and has one primary style. You can give up to five jutsu slots and the minion can learn a jutsu for each slot given. You must train with it and if it's a jutsu you already know, it learns in the reduced time for having a sensei. It's intelligence is stored in a small metal sphere with a special memory crystal and back up power crytal within the puppet body. If the back up power crystal loses power, it's memories are lost (and consequently any jutsu it knew, even the basics). You could always back up it's memory, but those would need to be powered as well. The larger ones are normally used for transport, such as a boat.

    However if you use this skill on an PC character which is still controlled by the player rather than you, they will have their original fighting styles and slots. However they still lose all just but the basics, as well as any bloodline.

    If you have more than one Puppet Minion, only one can be active at a time. The others will be on standby mode, preferrably in a safe place. An RPC character doesn't count toward this limit.

  1. Name: Suisho Hassei no Jutsu[Crystal Creation Technique]
    Type: Ninjutsu or Puppet
    Rank: A
    Requirements: Taught by Dharma, good chakra control, chemistry equibment
    Description: Using specialized chemistry, Dharma has created crystals that can store chakra. This reason this is a jutsu is that she can accelerate the growth of the crystals so she doesn't have to wait weeks or months for them to be done. Additionally, she carries vials of chemicals on her. Using these she can create basic weapons instantly, but there durability is limited to the type of weapon, amount of chemicals, and the chakra she used. They will soon shatter if alot of force is applied to them (for instance, a really strong opponent hits it). It isn't needed, but having Earth Release helps in the creation process. These are created mostly for the purpose of powering puppets, but may be used to replenished chakra or other uses. The amount of time the crystal powers the puppet must be in it's describtion, or it's amount of uses before it lose power if it's attached to a weapon directly.



S Rank:

  1. Name: Hitokugutsu - Human Puppet
    Type: Puppet Mastery (K)
    Rank: S
    Requirements: None
    Description: This is a skill necessary to make a human puppet out of a person. This can only be used successfully if the victim is still alive when the technique was initiated, even if barely. Through a complicated operation, a puppet closely resembling the person in appearance can be made. The point of this is that human puppets have some chakra of their own and are able to use the techniques which were known by the person, even bloodline limits, with some exceptions. This skill is required to make a human puppet, but once you have it, you can make as many human puppets as you want
    Note: Only role playing characters can be used for this. If a moderator feels like the acquisition of the puppet was rigged, they may revoke permission to make one. If you try to bypass this rule, the jutsu may be removed from your arsenal and forbidden to be learned again


  2. Name: Akahigi: Hyakki no Souen - Red Secret Technique: Performance of the Hundred Puppets
    Type: Puppet Mastery (K)
    Rank: S
    Requirements: Puppet Body; admin permission
    Description: This is the ultimate technique for any puppet user, developed by a famous puppeteer from the Sand village. It allows one to control up to one hundred puppets simultaneously. However, that is absolutely impossible with the human body, and can only be done by masters who have turned themselves into human puppets. The hundred strings will appear from an opening somewhere on their body, and the puppets themselves must be carried within scrolls, obviously. While it gives one an incredible advantage in numbers, it also sharply cuts the abilities of each individual puppet, so even a hundred of them can be defeated by much fewer numbers


  3. Name: Senju Soubu - Thousand Hands Manipulation Military Art
    Type: Puppet Mastery
    Rank: S
    Requirements: Puppet
    Description: This technique an appropriately equipped puppet. As by its name, a great multitude of mechanical hands will spring forth from the seals located somewhere on the puppet and attack the enemy by trying to crush them. Although these are arms, they are not really prehensile and move as a whole. This technique is only good for one shot, and after it is used, the arms are detached from the puppet's body. It has to be reloaded after each use, something that is not possible during battle

Background: An orphan from Konoha, she never had any problem with school work and seemed like having no family affect her at all. She was alway taking toys apart and build new and improved versions of them. She also messed around with puppet, seeing how many functional item she could store within. She had a few friend, but barely saw them becasue they where all from different villages. When her best friend Narda left Leaf Village to search for a grandmaster swordsman to train him, she finally decided to start training as a shinobi.

She still didn't present her full potential until another friend of hers told of his dream to for his own great village. Heartened by his selfless decation to help others, she starts trying at a fevered paced. She is currently working on chakra storage crystal for higher powered puppet weapons. Personality wise, she coolheaded and thinks things out. She may seem like a bitch at times, but shes a good person. Due to her higher intelligence and room issues, the orphanage let her get her own small apartment. She does odd jobs to pay for things and the orphanage still keeps and eye on her.

As a young girl, she found a strange group of foxes that wielded the elements as weapons. They told her they where looking over the human in order to see what progress that had made after a thousand years. They were suprised by the girl's spunk and intelligence that surpassed her years. One in particular stayed with her, but lost it's ability to gain power as a result.

Years later, she's found her dear friend and travels with him every so often. She visits Konoha often and her house is now mostly a labortory. Besides puppets and storage crystals, she now works on many different types of weapons. Dharma even makes all the Starkin gear. Her friend is now a skilled swordsmen, and with friends from other villages has made a small group. Due to him being quite layed back, he gave the leadership position to her while he serves as advisor. She's turned it from a mere gathering of friends into a decent organization, with the help of the orginal leader's money.

Through the years Dharma has experimented with jutsu and devices that improve a puppet's potential. She has the ability to use one finger to control a single puppet, but hardly does so for the sake of better overall control. Though he was a criminal and a bit twisted, Dharma throughly studied the career of Sunakagure's Red Scorpion Sasori. She prepared a state of the art replacement body for herself should she die in battle one day. Unfortunately for her that day came sooner than she liked the day the bijuu destroyed much of Konoha.

Sometimes she also wears a snow white priestess uniform, the bottom edges decorate with small sky blue snowflakes. The wings are normally a medium size, but they occasionally increase in size and form faces that Shirayuki converses with.

Weapons:

Morphic Limbs - Her wings, arms and tail can change shape. Her arm can turn into a clawed demon limb. The wing can grab target by wrapping around them or making short arms. They can also turn into hammers or blades of sorts. Her tail can develop a mouth to bite people. Changing a limbs takes chakra.

Chakra Cannon - Her wings can fire out beams identical to that of a chakra cannon. While she doesn't need to know the jutsu to use them, her owner must.

Soul Synchronized - Dizzy can utilize weapons that have requirements if Dharma has them.

Armor - She can summon armor to protect her should she come in close range combat. It looks much like panels that would be on mecha, and only covers her chest and waist area. However, it has a built in generator that projects a field that gives the rest of her body the same protection as the parts of her body that isn't covered.

Adaptive - Dizzy can wear any puppet that is designed to be wearable, except Hitokugutsu or other puppet minions. She cannot do this if she has on her armor.

Jutsu : No Slots Yet


Other Notes: She likes controlling Kuchiki-dono. Even while controlling the hitokugutsu, she tends to talk to it. Not willing to die quite yet and making sure Dharma uses Rukia's body for good she is the spirit form of Sode No Shirayuki. She's simply sealed into the body of a medium sized puppet to make communication easier for her and to be tied to something on the living plane. If she were to die the weapon Sode No Shirayuki would lose a large amount of power.
