If anyone that has slight control over wind want to learn Caleb's Kaze Dansu, he may just teach it to you. He will also teach medical jutsu, but only to those that want to be a med nin, not a shinobi that happens to have healing abilityAllie is more than willing to teach any of those rare archer nin out there as well. No, I'll teach Suna nin my wind fighting style and medical jutsu. The archery is Konoha only. Also I doubt I'll be coming to your characters.
