Tatsumi waited on the elders, it was about time she became strong enough to gain power as a Princess of the Earth. She felt it was her duty, after all she had been through, she knew how to make weapons, and how to make her body like earth, it was part of her, but she needed to work harder, and as such, She had beseeched the elders to teach her for the week, if need be.
She sat down and meditated on all she knew of the earth, and the things with in it, she would only use that to help her move forward, while at the same time she felt the need to work harder and grow stronger, she was tough as stone, now she needed to move, like a glacier falling, or a volcano's lava. The winds blew hard and made the dust circle around in place. It carried an odd scent of blood, sweat and tears. Leaves danced in the wind as if beckoned to this place by some unknown forces. And yet, it seemed not out of place. The horizon seemed to broil as it wavered and simmered in heat. On the plateaus nearest the mountains, the silhouette of a man could be seen. It faded in and out softly in the sun's illusion. The clanging of metal together to make a tune of peace and destruction. This was his calling.
"The day is young..."
The journey through the unforgiving mountains seemed hard on the man who traversed these lands before. One could tell as he expertly avoided danger spots that would have sent him plummeting to his death. The heat of the ground below him changed and he knew he was on a volcano. As he arrived at the top, he could see someone meditating at it's peak. He sucked his teeth and decided to play nice.

"Yes it is, but for those who are of the earth, the heat isn't the worry" Tatsumi replied, hopefully saying the right things, as she stood up, and bowed to the elder who had walked to where they were now. She kept the bow as she spoke more. "I thank you for taking my request" She added, keeping her low bow.
She waited for him to tell her to stand back up, since she was trying to be as respectful as one could be.

"My name is Hatori, the elder of the Miyazu clan. I am here to tell you the secret of that which you seek. It will not be an easy process as you must learn things that will make your body cringe in pain. So before we proceed, pledge to the earth your heart and your soul. If it listens then the earth will rumble and we shall begin."
The man walked over to the lava and looked into it. His face was hit with a blast of scolding air and he sighed. He then looked back at Tatsumi and bowed. "Prove to me that you are worthy of your title. Or be cast into the volcano." _________________

"Or be cast in the volcano" She agreed, as she stood, and held an arm up, elbow out, fist over her Chest.
"I, Tatsumi of the Miyazo clan, Pledge my heart, my soul, and my Essense to the earth, from whence I came, to where I shall one day return." She said the Oath loud and full of conviction, as she stood there, looking at Hatori.
She held it for the time, as she also reflected on what was said, "I would expect no less, from an elder, or from teachings" She added, thinking about the pain and suffering she might have to endure, in order to become stronger.

Hatori felt the ground rumble but faintly. He sighed and then dug into his pocket and pulled out and old looking scroll. He then opened it slowly and read from it's contents for a moment. He then looked up from the scroll and began chanting some inaudible words. As he did, the earth seemed to shift and dirt and dust flew around them in a cyclone-like spin.
"Tatsumi, in order to master this bloodline, you must first, learn to collect more minerals into your body by forcing you pores to open by using your chakra. However, you will learn to break the limit of that before you. Begin to focus."

Tatsumi started focusing, feeling the poors open as they usually did, but she knew this would be different. She forced herself to start drawing, but not just drawing them, identifying each one she saw and brought to herself. She couldn't contain herself at the moment, out of excitement that the elder was actually teaching her.
'This is the begining' she thought as she felt the Minerals start to collect around her. She closed her eyes and took a breath as she collected, trying to control it.

Tatsumi focus increased and so did the speed, as she opened up more of her pores, and felt herself becoming one with the Volcano's ground, she felt the heat of the Minerals, and felt them searing her skin, as they merged with it, causing her to cry out in pain, it was not just painful, it was utterly devastating.
She clenched her teeth and eyes shut as she forced herself to continue, there was no way she was going back now, she would rather jump into the Volcano than turn back now as it is.

Tatsumi slowly felt herself extending into the Volcano, as she did she felt the minerals, she could almost feel them with out them on her, this was almost unexpected, as she slowly understood each one, and didn't just draw them to her, but put them in the correct place, for their best ability as a part of her.
She couldn't think of anything else to do, but to hold herself, taking the pain in as she went, and absorbed the knowledge that came with it. Tatsumi began forming them around her, though they burned, and were heavy, she could do nothing else. She formed them around her, felt them, but she did more than that, at the time she was making them part of her armored body, she also made them weapons on her. She was going to bring herself to the maximum strain, and surpass it. Her Cries of pain became shouts of focus and force, as she felt the minerals around her, hardening, the two weapons into Gauntelets on her hands, with spikes, the rest, still formless around her, but starting to harden around her skin.
