Sench already went over this; even I thought that Katsuga; but in the end Sench stated that Does not matter if it is not a Kinjutsu it is learn able such as Bloodline or regular non kin.

Katsuga, I have a question for you. WHERE THE HECK DO YOU COME UP WITH THESE "RULES"?! Seriously, almost every rule concerning characters, you got it backwards. One is indeed able to buy bloodline jutsus.

We've had this dicussion many of times with other RPC's, Sench.  There will be no auto-learning and/or buying Bloodline Jutsus.
