Though, if you leave the Mist and come to the Sand I guess I can train you. Do you want to learn Ijutsu aswell?

Hidden Mist Technique? or techniques from the Hidden Mist? Cloud jutsu or techniques from the Hidden Cloud village?

Uh, your shinobi seems powerful. I'll train him until Maruko and Ky become Chuunin. I'll be switching between Jounin sensei and Anbu Captain alot. And sometimes, I'll include you in Anbu missions just because it'llbe hard for me to balance the both of them.

Name: Mizu Tate no Jutsu [Water shield jutsu]
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: This jutsu is similar to the water wall jutsu, except the shield formed can only extend about two feet away from the source in any direction. It can stop most frontal attacks and is especially good at defending against fire jutsus. The user would probably carry a water source on his/her arm (Such as a canteen lashed to the forearm) so he/she could summon the shield at a moment's notice.

Description: The user turns a water source into a cloud of varying of size depending on amount of chakra and water. If they stop putting chakra into it, it floats with the breeze, if they put chakra into it they can make it move. They can also adjust its density. This is the basis of all cloud techniques. Unlike mist it is thicker and denser.

Name: Cloud Clone

Requirements: Cloud forming, water
Description: The user creates clones that are in the shape of them only it is all a white cloudy looking thing that is slightly bigger. These clones only stop vision through them and can't physically hold objects or stop movement through them. They also don't dispel if hit by objects. Sometimes the user will put themselves in one of the Clones to confuse their opponent. It can be created by a nearby water substance or with a lot little more chakra by condensing the water molecules in the air.

Name: Cloud Walk

Requirements: Water walking, experience with cloud and mist jutsu, very good chakra control, clouds
Description: This jutsu is much like water walking only instead the learn to channel much more chakra into their feet with much more precision because instead of on 100% water it is on a cloud. Though moist air can get up to 1% water, clouds can be higher meaning this jutsu takes around 50% more chakra and skill than water walking. At a high level, the user can use this jutsu just as they use water walking.

Name: Cloud shunshin
Type: Nin
Rank: C
Requirements: Cloud clone
Description: The user will be able to disappear from their previous position and reappear inside of a Cloud clone replacing the user with the cloud and vice-versa. The farther away the clone the more chakra it uses. By using this jutsu the user can also travel from clone to clone keeping their position unknown to enemies.

Name: Cloud mimic
Type: Nin
Rank: D
Requirements: water, cloud forming
Description: The user forms water around objects or attacks to make them look like clouds, while doing this they make more clouds that look like the object so enemies cannot tell the difference. Even though it is D ranked as the shinobi grows they can use it on more and more targets and it can become quite useful.
