From the moment this pet is accepted he will get it in the story line from his uncle

Name: Kuroi Tsuki (Japanese for Black Moon)

Appearence:

Race: Dog
Fur : Black
Eyes: Green
Ethnicity: Hi No Kuni

Level/Rank: Same as Yoh
Element: Lightning
Fighting Type/Style: Tai, nin.

Jutsus He Wants to Learn: 3-5 thunder Jutsus (he can't learn more but can upgrade them.

Background: Kuroi Tsuki is a nin-dog Yoh got from his uncle. He is specially trained and can use thunder Jutsu's. Because he is a nin pet he can't use that many jutsus. His Uncle trained the pet for two years so he could give it to Yoh when he was ready. Kuroi Tsuki isn't like other dog's (except the fact that he is a nin-pet) He is smarter then other dogs and he can examine enemy's a lot better then other nin-pets. Further information about Kuroi Tsuki is unknown they only know that he is the grandson of a great Nin-pet.

Anyone can have a pet... they just need to come in contact with another pet-nin in order to learn the pet jutsus.

But he hasn't got any pet-nin jutsu's yet and if i want too learn some I know someone who was a pet-nin but does the pet get approved?
