A cool brisk touch of mist surfaced around the area, not to thick or filled with chakra for that matter but from it emerged an old ally of the ninja of Kirigakure. His name was only spoken in legend as they White Eye'd Reaper; The ninja who might be unbeatable. His eyes gazed deeply upon the Mizukage, unfamiliar to him, much different from the last. Obviously by the appearance of his eyes he was of Hyuuga decent, but his uniform and head-band identified him as a Jounin of the hidden mist. Long had it been since he had returned to his village, and now he was finally back. Introductions were in order but his long journey through lands unknown and uncharted in these parts had caused him to become relatively silent. He approached the Mizukage and this young kunoichi nodding to her and acknowledging that she had done a good job. On this incredibly normal day, the Reaper would return to his people. Perhaps this encounter would grant him a friend, a leader, and maybe even an apprentice. Midori looked at them as she answered. She spoke with conviction "I wish to grow and become a Swordswoman worthy of my blade." She stated, as she had her hand on her blades handle. Her eyes looking over the rims of her shades at them. She brought out the scroll finally, to look it over. "I welcome you, of blind eyes." she said to the new comer, keeping her face impassive, as she looked at the scroll, to learn that it was a technique that would speed her up and help her dodge. "I would like to learn this" She spoke with out thinking, getting fluxuations from her blade. IC: Katsuga looks at the one that comes up from behind him, knowing immediately that he's of the mighty Hyuuga Clan from Konohagakure no Sato, then smiles at him, and gives him a nod of acknowledgement, then turns back to Midori, but continues to sit down on the ground, but also keeps his senses on high alert, just to be safe about the situation he's in.
(After acknowledging the Hyuuga) Welcome, Master Hyuuga. It's quite an honor to see one that heirs from Konohagakure no Sato. (Turns back to Midori) Now then, you wish to grow stronger and become a Swordswoman? That's a very nice goal you have there, Ari-chan. I can help you with becoming better with swords, but as far as learning Jutsus, that may be a little more of a problem, unless we get the same Elements. May I see the scroll, Midori-chan? Or, can you tell me what it is that I'll need to do to help?

Tsun turned to the girl momentarily "These eyes; not blind. I see much more then those with-out them." He came here for one reason however. "Mizukage-sama; it has been a long time since I ventured outwards to find the scroll the legends speak of. I have returned, and now I must ask you. Midori laughed. The Hyuuga was entirely too serious, but she couldn't help it. ofcourse the Sword on her back fluxuated in what seemed to be a reprimand.
She then handed the scroll to the Mizukage, and sighed "It seems to be a Taijutsu technique, that is based on dancing, I don't know much about it, or wether it would be of use, but Buster seems to think if I learn it, I can avoid more blows." She stated, looking at the mizukage.

Katsuga looks over at the Hyuuga, knowing that the Hyuuga's are incredibly powerful, especially in terms of Taijutsu, being that that's their specialty, almost completely forgetting about Midori, but quickly looks back over to her as he takes the scroll from her. Scanning over it, he can tell what it does, then hands it back to her, picks his up long, narrow sheath with his left hand, places it back along his back, after standing up and brushing himself off with his right hand, and looks down at her with a smile.
I'll go on and say that Taijutsu isn't exactly my specialty, Midori-chan, but if all you need is someone to help you dodge, then I'd say ask Master Hyuuga here, since the Hyuuga's are well-known for their mastery in Taijutsu. *looks over at the Hyuuga again* By the way, may I ask your name, Master Hyuuga? And, as far as your offer goes, I would like it better if we talked about something like that more privately, ok? After we're done training with her, we'll go to my office and speak on this matter.
Katsuga smiles at the Hyuuga, then turns back to Midori, and was about to say something when another Jounin from the Village appears out from a swirl of sand, automatically bows down to him, then hands him a small slip of paper, then disappears again in another swirl of sand. He opens up the small paper, and starts to read it to himself. He scowls at this as he crumbles up the paper, tosses it to the ground, performs a few very quick handsigns, ending with the Tiger Handsign, channels just a little bit of his Chakra, brings his left hand up to his mouth in a cupping motion, inhales a little bit, then exhales a small fireball from his mouth, aiming it right for the balled-up paper, then completely incinerates it. He takes a couple quick breaths before looking back at them.
Sorry about that, you two. That message was some bad news, but let's not let that stop the training, ok?
Katsuga was about to help her start training when the same Jounin appeared right beside him again, and bowing again, then hands him another small piece of paper, then disappears again. He opens up and starts reading, and his expression changes again, but this time, it's more of a happy expression. He crumbles up the small paper, places it into his robes, then looks at both of them, and bows, but continues to smile.
I'm really sorry again, you two, but something's come up, and I must leave now. If you two need anything, feel free to contact me, ok? Please, forgive me.
After this, he turns away and walks to a secluded area.

Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu] - Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Hiro nodded, and bowed to acknowledge his respect for Mizukage. He turned towards the young one, he wasn't good with kids, or teenagers, or anyone much younger or weaker then him for that matter, but he thought it his duty to instruct her. "The best way to learn Taijutsu isn't to perform, but rather to test yourself. Climb high mountains, swim the rivers and lakes, and constantly practice. You'll develop the best technique by your own terms, and observing in the midst of a battle" He said this, not because it was true. But because it was his opinion, and how he himself had learned. No-one had carved the way or instructed him through it, every part of his life was a struggle. With that the Hyuuga left in a hurry, following the Mizukage as close he could, however he was much slower. Byukagun could still locate him from a distance however. Midori was severely confused, she was about to stop him when he ran off.
"Buster, now who do I dodge?" She asked her sword, as she looked over the technique on the scroll.
Finally, getting tired, she left the beach to go sleep, she would seak out someone who was fast and strong to dodge as she learned the technique in the scroll. She would need it, if she would become a great swordswoman.
She wasn't sure what else to do.
