Shuriken Boomerang Toss

Description: This technique allows the user to throw a shuriken such that it makes a circling pattern and, so long as nothing alters its course, returns to the user.

Um, why would this be a jutsu exactly? What if there were special made shuriken? Made to perform exactly like a Boomerang? Or, what if someone was extremely gifted in the art of throwing Shuriken?
