Requirements: wire
Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappelling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. It can also be used in combination with traps, kunai and shuriken.
Boushi [Spinning]
Rank: C
Requirements: Good on Feet
Description: This move is similar to Tsuuga, but instead of spinning in the air, the user spins on the ground, similar to the cartoon Tazmanian devil. The user then becomes disoriented and dizzy after this jutsu.
Garyuu - Dragon Fangs
Rank: C
Requirements: Kunai and Wire
Description: The User slips wire around their fingers as they fling several kunai, aiming to cut the target rather impale them, hit or miss, once all the kunai have passed the target, the user tugs on the wire around their finger to change their direction for a surprise back attack.
Note: Theses jutsus are not of my own creation. They have been created by members and mods of another RP. Again, I do believe that most of them are just basic.

No, Actually string reeling would only be the first part of that technique, the main focus of that jutsu (The uchiha one) is that you torch them with flames after... _________________

*glares* I know this, the second part is Katon: Ryuuka. But the expertise of using the string is considered a Uchiha talent. Of course he can still use them, just not as good. Meh, I don't see a reason why it would be denied. It does exist in Uchiha clan, but meh. We'll just have too exact same jutsus. But I am quite sure that KAge Shuriken already exists here as well. _________________

My point was it was already made, I could care less about who can or can't do it. If it isn't a jutsu, and if you're just gonna do it anyways you should have no problem removing it. But anyways, Kage Shuriken is already on the site and is accessible to everyone.
