"See you," Toyako gets up, Li right behind her. She leans and speaks into Sakurazaki's ear, "Don't mess this up." "Don't regret this now," she mumbles back. The two other leave the build and wait outside, Toyako using sand clone to play "frisbee" with her weapons while waiting.

Sakurazaki looks back at Tamotsu, "We are pretty much expecting the same thing resources and military support should we need it. Don't worry, we aren't going the start meaningless fights to exploit any alliance we may have. As far as the armor, we are offering that to all the kages. Well unless this alliance puts us at odds with another village. Another aspect of this alliance is the fact that we Nekojin have been introverted and kept to ourselves. This is a way to broaden our scope, as well as support those who want to leave the village and explore." She leans forward, a bit of a glare appearing in her eyes. "We can't say whether or not well make amends with the Akuinu, we weren't instructed on the topic. But, I have been trusted with decisions of such so I'll tell you this much. Unless the Akuinu are allied with Konoha, we can't let that dictate whether or not this alliance goes through. Furthermore, this would be considered getting into business that doesn't concern you. All the Nekojin and Akuinu in Konoha are automatically protect if this goes through. Besides they aren't considered enemies, just another neutral clan."

Otherwise, it won't work. I'm a fair person and believe in everyone. And for future reference if I were you, I would attack someone with daggers when you come asking for their help. It looks bad on your part." Tamotsu continued to write in his scroll and finished almost promptly thereafter and then looked at Sakurazaki with his normal eyes. "You haven't swayed me because of your coarse attitude but I admire your resolve and wish to foster peace with those closest to me. This scroll is my official decision discerning the matter. My country and your people are now allied."

Sakurazaki takes an easy posture, "I wasn't trying to be coarse, that's Toyako's job," she grins, "I was merely asserting my and the elder's opinion on that subject." She bows, "Excuse me I'll be right back." she goes outside and calls in her two companions. They walk in and Li hands Sakurazaki a two scrolls. " This is the location of our village, and this is an idea for a celebration. I don't know if you or your village want to make a big deal out of it. Some choose to keep unification secret at first for some reason. It's up to you, but we'll leave you to your work. Just send a messanger when you want to meet up with our elders. Pleasure to meet you, Lord Hokage." All three bow and depart the building.
