Enter The Nekojin (AJ only, or anyone with permission)

A large brown Salamander runs to the gates of Konoha. Three figures are riding it's back, anyone looking closesly enough could that they bore cat ears and unusual tails. The three hop off of it, one that's dressed in white and green gently floating to the ground. The cloaked one of the three crushes a rock into a bag, and the salamander disappears. The one in green, a lithe female walk up to on of the gate guards and addresses him. "Hello I'm Sakurazaki Daikonran Gicho, I'm a nekojin from the village Yurinohara. We come here wishing to speak to the hokage about an alliance." The guard nods, and beacons a young man over. "Go find Hokage-sama, he should be somewhere around the village." the guard tells him and he bows. He disappears using shunshin, going to the last place he heard Tamotsu had been. After search for a few minutes, he finds him and bows. "Lord Hokage, three Nekojin Representing the Village of Yurinohara have requested an alliance with Konoha. They are at the gate now."

Tamotsu who had been walking around all day grumbled and wanted to throttle the young man. He had been eating his favorite sand cake, which he decided would be the last for his life, and shrugged. "Tell them that I said to come to my office. And I will speak with them. Further more, don't call me Hokage-sama. My name is Tamotsu. Hokage is a title, not a personage." Tamotsu said as he shunshined away to his office. He went over to the closet in his office and put on his robes and sat at his desk pretending to so some work. He didn't need Seiko finding out he was slacking while he was training.

"Y-yes Ho... Tamotsu-sama." The young man watched as he shunshined away, and did it himself. He appears back at the gates, giving a quick bow. "The Hokage has requested for you to come to his office, this way." "Well comeon then," the one wearing the cloak says, pulling up her hood. They walked through town and attracted lots of stares. "This is to be expected, at least we didn't ride Toyako's familiar into town.", the gray skinned one spoke up. He wore a beautiful robe, and has a medical coat over it.

Upon reaching the Hokage's office, the young man bows. "I'm need to do chores around the gate." He points up, "That's his office, the doors may be open. But knock first before entering please." "Will do," replies Sakurazaki, adjusting the front flap of her shirt. "You look like you're getting ready for a date Sakurazaki." She just shakes her head, and the three head up the stairs. Upon reaching the doors to Tamotsu's office, Sakurazaki knock three time, and enters should she get a response.

"Hmm?" Tamotsu looked up from the papers on his desk and sighed. He rather hated when he actually decided to do work that people bothered him. However, he had been expecting it and let it slide. "Come in." Tamotsu said as he put the papers away and pulled out a scroll and an ink bottle to note the meeting an what may come of it. He also pulled out his infamous cards and set them on the table and waited his guests arrival. He knew this would be a long day and that he would have to trudge through it in order to survive the day. "I said, you may enter."

The three bow simultaneously when they enter. "Hello, I'm Sakurazaki Daikonran Gicho. I represent the Daikonran branch of the Nekojin." she point to the apparent medic and to the one in the cloak, who promptly removes her hood. "These are Li Churistu Asukada and Toyako Horitsu Shinijiki. They represent the Churitsu and Horitsu respectively. Not sure if you know, but our village is actually deep within the forest of Fire Country. We want to making trading settlements with each village, but Konoha holds a special interest to us. Due to our close vicinity, our elders believe we should join together in a full blown alliance. We only have one such alliance, but they aren't near us. We need military support, should a shinobi village find us and try to overthrow us for our resources."

"There's one of you missing. I would have sworn there was a dog-like version of you people. I had two of them here in Konoha before along with one with a cat-like appearance. Why is the there a representative missing?" Tamotsu said as he opened the scroll and began writing in it rather rapidly. "Oh, sorry, forgive my manners. Please sit down and relax a moment. After you speak, I will get back to your question and proposal." Tamotsu smiled as he offered the chairs before him and kept writing in the scrolls. As he did, Jaken appeared from the shadows and walked up to the Kage and sat down beside him. Tamotsu began to pet him.

Sakurazaki looks stunned and looks back at the other two. "Nani?" she whispers back to them. They quickly take seats, and Li beacons for her to do the same. "Oh, heh." Toyako speaks up." Akuinu, Sakurazaki. They where banished from Yurinohara decades ago" She looks at Tamotsu, "The Akuinu were the product of a virus strain. Afraid that they where bad omen, the elders sent them away. Also beside genetic differences, they are no different. The they reside near Stone Country." "Yeah, sorry Lord Hokage I had forgotten about that. Out of curiousity, they're Nekojin in this village? I suppose it's good to know they didn't go too far and that they're alright." Sakurazaki says.

"I see. You people are no better then normal human beings. Send the 'different' away and banned them from their real home. A virus you call it? I call it an evolution. And it sickens me that you would let that happen amongst your people. Alliances are binds of truth and power and you must realize something about me. I am a man who believes in the ideals of unity. If you align yourself with me then you will align yourself with this 'bad omen' of yours because Konoha opened it's doors to you kind and this virus strain." Tamotsu said as slammed his fist into the table.

"What are the benefits of this alliance?" Tamotsu said as he went back to writing.

"Actually, if I may take the floor, Sakurazaki." Li moves his chair around her, he had presently been sitting behind her. "It was a virus, a weak one that genetically mutated them. The reason it's considered a bad omen is, well look at the relationship between cats and dogs. They are destine to fight among one another. The elders wanted to prevent this from happening." Li pauses for a moment to strecth his ear. "And if I could be so bold, from what I hear the clan leader was a good man before he left the village. He was actually glade to leave, well in a way." He leans back in the chair, and looks at Sakurazaki to "give her the floor". "The benefits we are offering are the location to our village, trade of resources and military support. The first may not seem like a big deal but, only one other village has our location. The Nekojin specializes in shaping of elements and we are experts at infusing this into weapons and armor. We don't make many elemental weapons, but when we do they are good. As a symbol of our alliance we are working on suit of light armor which can manipulate the power of flame."

"This proposal makes me wonder what you want in return. Further more, I will have to speak with my council and the only Akuinu in this village. If we are to ally, your people must make peace with all it's peoples and past mistakes." Tamotsu said as he continued to write in the scroll wondering why he was allowed this to continue. However, he felt that this would be a good move for him and then looked up. "Pick your strongest debater and then the rest will leave. Me and that person will discuss the ups and downs of this a bit before I make a final decision."
