Description: The user creates a series of ice crystals which home in on the opponent and trap him in ice. Unlike Suirou no Jutsu [Water Prison Technique], no further action is required to maintain the prison once the victim is caught. This jutsu may also be used defensively, as a wall of ice.

Description: A Suiton (water element) ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses already existing water and raises it around them in a circular barrier. Only extremely powerful ninjas can use this technique without available water.

Description: A Suiton (water element) ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses their chakra through surrounding water and manipulates it into a swirling wall around them, and then directs it at their opponent in the shape of a monstrous shark made of water.

Description: A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique using water as its base. The ninja manipulates the water around them into the shape of a large dragon that attacks their opponent as a torrential blast.
Kokuangyo no Jutsu [Verse of Black Darkness Skill] Rank: S (Kinjutsu)
Requirements: None
Description: A genjutsu technique that effectively blinds the user's the enemy. Total darkness engulfs them, and they can see nothing but their own body. The caster can then freely attack their enemy in this state with no tremendous worry of a counter-attack, unless the enemy is extremely talented. If the user is caught while still casting this technique, the jutsu is immediately dispelled.
Background: Birthed during the beginning of Kirigakure by the former Phoenix Boss, Genkou; Genraku was born of ice rather than flame as his father had been, and was decidedly given to the Shodai Mizukage because of this, the link with Kirigakure was strong. Genraku grew with the Mizukage who took great care of him and taught him of how a true leader should be, kind and compassionate. Genraku became an official 'Summon Beast' after the death of the Shodai Mizukage and his replacement - a bloodthirsty shinobi. The scroll that sealed Genraku was hidden from the second Mizukage and was instead given to the Shouten Family by the Shodai's servant. Kiriten Shouten, Rin's father was the one who obtained the Phoenix Contract soon after becoming the Clan Lord. By then, Genraku has become Boss Summon of the contract.

Like it was pointed out before, I have the phoenix contract already. Which mean no one else can have a phoenix contract as it already exists. The same was said about Ballian's dragon.
