Idea Name: Invasion Rules
Creator: Mitsuaki Ryuujin
Description: Clear rules on invading and conquering a village and procedure for surrender

Section one: Rules of Invasion and Occupation
1: In the event of an invasion were all of the shinobi with the rank of jounin and above are killed or have otherwise left the village the invading force than will than select one shinobi who has proved them selfs worthy(preferably a Sannin/Gonin) and set them as a temporary Kage until a shinobi from the invaded village has reached a level were the admins consider him ready to take over the position as Kage or another invading force seizes control of the village.(This way a village will never be destroyed but simply occupied)

2: In regards to the genin of the invaded village that have stated that they are abstaining from the battle they are not to be harmed in any way or used a hostages during the invasion, after the invasion is complete and the invading force has began occupying the village the genin can either continue their training with the remaining chuunin of the village or if any shinobi from the occupying force volunteer their services they may train any approved genin. If the number of genin greatly out numbers the chuunin remaining after the invasion the remaining chuunin are permitted to take on up to five students until another arrangement can be set in place by the temporary Kage.

3: If an invasion force is made up of two or more villages attacking a single village the temporary Kage must be approved by every Kage before he can take the position. The shinobi from the invading force no matter which village they originate from are permitted to reside within the village as long as they are approved but the temporary Kage, these shinobi reside in the village as the protection for the temporary Kage.

4: Since it states in the "RPG Amendments" section of the forum that:

a) what if you want to destroy a village?
b) if a genin is attacking you, does that mean you cant attack them?

1: Well when you think about it you can't really because unless you take that village off the forum all together it's not really destroyed it's just abandoned, this just simplifies things.

2: I haven't put that part up yet ^^

If a village is suppose to get destroyed, that'd be a storyline thing, which is an admin thing, so admins do what they want. xD
